  Гарна, простора квартира, є все необхідне, достатньо посуду та техніки, чиста постіль достатньо рушників,тихий затишний двір, своє паркомісце у підземному паркінгу (в сосідньому будинку), поряд декілька продуктових магазинчика та в 10 хв пішки великий супермаркет.
  
  What could be improved: Коли ми поселились на дверцятах посудомийки було знято деревʼяну обшивку що естетично портить вигляд кухні, ще в квартирі є крісло-качеля яка має досить неприємний запах поту від багатьох попередніх жильців,що там відпочивали. Її варто чистити чи прати періодично, хоча жильці мали б якусь ковдру накидати які в квартирі в достатній кількості.

  What could be improved: It was difficult to understand the instructions of where exactly the building was and we had to ask several people. It also did not have air-conditioning or a fan and it was extremely hot.

  Apartament jest przestrzenny, czysty, wygodny, bardzo cichy (zarówno pod katem hałasów wewnątrz budynku jak i tła akustycznego z zewnątrz), w kapitalnej lokalizacji, wyposażony w parking podziemny. Stosunkowo łatwy dojazd samochodem na Starówkę. Atrakcję wzbudzał wśród dzieci fotel podwieszony pod sufitem. Blisko markety oraz świetny plac zabaw nad Balatonem. Z apartamentu skorzystałem wraz z żoną oraz czworgiem dzieci. Bardzo polecam!
  
  What could be improved: Drobne techniczne problemy – wadliwy korek do wanny (nieszczelny) oraz do zlewozmywaka (zapychający odpływ). Brak rączki w odkurzaczu. Wspomniane wyżej problemy techniczne mogą być zrozumiałe z racji bieżącej eksploatacji obiektu (mam nadzieję, że będą wkrótce naprawione) i w żadnym wypadku nie wpływają na moją bardzo wysoką ocenę apartamentu. Raz jeszcze polecam apartament!

  Аппартаменти супер. Все чисто, все красиво.
  Все необхідне є: посуд, фен, праска та ін.
  Гойдалка для діток взагалі супер придумано.
  Зупинялись 5 чоловік, все всім сподобалось. Маркети рядом.
  Є парковка, тільки в нас машина була вище 2-х метрів і ми нею не користувались, т.к.по висоті не проходили.
  Но це була не проблемма, на вулиці було багато місця.
