I was honestly a bit skeptical when I first booked this place on Jagiellońska Street – I mean, Praga Północ isn’t exactly the first neighborhood tourists think of when they picture Warsaw. But that turned out to be exactly why I loved it here. This apartment sits right in the heart of what locals call “the real Warsaw,” and after spending a week there, I actually think it’s one of the best-kept secrets in the city. The balcony (which, let’s be honest, is why you’re booking this place) faces into a quiet courtyard, so you get that perfect morning coffee spot without the street noise from the main road. I spent way too many evenings out there with a beer from the little shop downstairs, just watching the neighborhood come alive. The apartment itself feels properly lived-in rather than sterile – you’ve got everything you actually need, though the shower pressure is just okay and the Wi-Fi can be a bit temperamental when it rains.

What really sold me on this area was how walkable everything is once you know where you’re going. There’s this amazing pierogi place called Zapiecek about three blocks down that the owner recommended, and honestly, it’s better than anything I had in the Old Town. The tram stop on Targowa is maybe a seven-minute walk, and from there you’re fifteen minutes to the center – though I found myself taking that route less and less because there’s so much happening right in the neighborhood. The Saturday market on Różyckiego (locals just call it Roża) is absolutely worth getting up early for, especially if you’re into vintage finds or just want to see where actual Varsovians do their shopping. I will say, the building itself is pretty typical for this part of the city – you know, that classic communist-era architecture that’s either charming or depressing depending on your mood and the weather. But inside, Noclegi Renters has done a solid job making it feel cozy without trying too hard to be Instagram-perfect.

The check-in was surprisingly smooth – they actually met me at the apartment rather than making me trek to some office across town, which I appreciated after a long travel day. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving; there’s street parking but it fills up fast in the evenings when everyone gets home from work. I’d definitely recommend this place if you want to experience Warsaw like someone who actually lives here rather than just hitting the tourist spots. The 8.8 rating makes sense – it’s not luxury by any stretch, but it delivers exactly what it promises, and the location grows on you in a way that those fancy hotels near the Palace of Culture never really do. Just pack some good walking shoes and maybe download a translation app, because this part of Praga is still refreshingly light on English signage.

  It was clean, comfortable place. Good location with public transport nearby. Friendly host.
  
  What could be improved: It was a little bit loud outside due to car traffic all the time.
  There were no washing machine capsules. Also we had an issue with the water drain in the shower which was clogged.

  It is a nice apartment, well equipped and conveniently located near many cafes, restaurants and shops.
  Great location, near Metro and bus stations, just couple of minutes walk to Praski Park.

  What could be improved: After 3 days I checked out I was informed about damaged table and was fined automatically from my bank card. After I checked in, my son noticed that but didn't informed me, so I didn't informed the administration. But it was definitely not me or my family who damaged the table. So I consider the actions of the administration as a froud, since before my check in they definitely checked the room and knew about this issue. I highly don't recommend renting this appartment.

  Süß eingerichtetes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung (z.b. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine). Modernes Bad mit Fußbodenheizung, schöne Küche. Für Personen, die in Praga untergebracht sein wollen ist die Lage sehr gut und auch die Altstadt ist schnell erreichbar.
