  Great location, quite close to the city centre, near nice park and the river. Clear instructions for checking in and picking up the key, all smooth and nice.
  
  What could be improved: The property wasn't cleaned very well, the bathroom did stink with mold or something. The beds are not comfortable at all, mattresses are quite wear off.

  A small cozy apartment that has everything you'd need for short or prolongated stay.
  The location is perfect, surrounded by parks, close to the water and to Powisle busy area.
  The communication from hosts was good as well, we got very clear instructions how wo enter the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Maybe putting couple of words about where to dispose the trash. At first we couldn't find the correct container, but were quickly helped by neighbors.

  The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, like hairdryer, dishes, stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, iron etc – all the things, why you would usually choose an apartment vs a hotel.
  
  The communication was smooth, and the check-in instructions were clear and simple.
  
  The location also suited us well and was pretty quiet. It is within a walking distance from the city centre and major ambassies as well as the Lazienki Krolewskie complex. It is also not that far away from the old town.
  
  There is a lift, so getting to the 5th floor wasn't a problem.
  
  The beds were ok, but pay attention – there are two single beds!
  
  What could be improved: The apartment block is pretty old and smells a bit in common areas.
