Hotel Description
You know what? I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Warsaw, and this little apartment setup on Plac Dąbrowskiego actually surprised me. The location is honestly perfect if you want to be right in the thick of things without paying Old Town prices. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from the Palace of Culture (love it or hate it, it’s useful for getting your bearings), and the metro station at Centrum is close enough that you can hear the rumble if you listen carefully at night – but not so close that it’s annoying. The building itself is one of those classic Warsaw structures that survived everything and has that solid, no-nonsense feel to it.
The apartments themselves are pretty straightforward – clean, functional, with that slightly austere Eastern European aesthetic that I’ve actually grown to appreciate. The floors are real hardwood, which creaks a bit when you walk around in the morning, but there’s something charming about that. What I really liked was how the kitchen was actually equipped for cooking real meals, not just heating up instant noodles. The shower pressure was decent (always a gamble in older buildings), and honestly, the WiFi worked better than some four-star places I’ve been to. The check-in process was smooth enough, though you’ll want to coordinate arrival times since there’s no 24-hour front desk situation – it’s more like picking up keys from the rental company, which worked fine for me but might stress out people who like everything super organized.
Here’s the thing about the neighborhood that guidebooks don’t tell you – it gets lively on weekend evenings because you’re close to some really good bars and restaurants that locals actually go to, not just tourist traps. There’s this excellent pierogi place about two blocks away that doesn’t even have an English menu, and a 24-hour shop right around the corner for when you realize you forgot toothpaste. Parking can be tricky if you’re driving (street parking fills up fast), but honestly, you don’t need a car here anyway. The trams run constantly, and you can walk to most of the major sights – I actually preferred walking because you stumble across those little courtyards and cafes that make Warsaw special. The rating of 7.7 feels about right to me – it’s not luxury, but it’s solid and well-located, and the price point makes sense for what you get. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning to spend most of my time exploring the city rather than hanging out in the room.
Early hotels booking in Warsaw requires advance planning during peak cultural seasons when visitors flock to see the city’s remarkable reconstruction story and vibrant arts scene.

Reviews
Nice A – Johann from Sweden – July 17, 2025 (8/10)
Recently renovated apartment very close to everything, grocery shops, and convenience shops, restaurants and public transportation within walking distance. The apartment has a small nice balcony and excellent blinds so it remains cool during hot sunny days and keeps nosy neighbours out at evenings 🙂 Building was recently renovated and elevator are modern and hallways are in excellent condition. WiFi worked well also and the TV. I just missed a microwave oven n kitchen everything else was in good order. Safe area of Warszawa and no unsavoury characters to be seen.
What could be improved: Light over stove was broken so it could not be switched off. Same with the fan. Buttons are all messed up.
Spatula missing in kitchen. No i formation where dispose litter and household waste. No key provided for the trash by rental company so I asked a neighbour kindly for help.
Noclegi Renters Customer service was slow to respond and only when I decided to call a second time the promised services were conducted. I got the impression they sat still and hoped I would quietly leave them alone.
Price for the apartment was a bit high compared with other offers but as both Noclegi Renters and Bookings shall make money review the market offers well.Stay was good – Oksana from Australia – April 17, 2024 (8/10)
Location was very good
What could be improved: Difficult to find the apartment blockWonderful – Maryna from Ukraine – November 30, 2022 (9/10)
The location was perfect! Nice apartment. Clean. A lot of parking places, but paid 4.50 zlt/hour.
What could be improved: The bed was broken and had been already fixed with adhesive belt. I informed the agency and they proposed me to move to another apartment. I will not put the bad mark, because they tried to help at least with relocation. But for future tenancies the information can be useful; check the bed as soon as you arrive to the apartment.Very Good – Piotr from France – August 20, 2022 (8/10)
Balcony, washing machine, shower with thermostatic mixer
What could be improved: Bed in the living room, old TVperfect location. – Icomona from Bulgaria – July 30, 2023 (8/10)
The location was absolutely perfect! The apartment is just 2 minutes away from Palace of Culture and Science and metro station.
The girl from guest relations was very polite.
Rooms were clean and cozy and we have all suplies that we need.Plac Jana Floor 5/17 , Excellent location – Abdallah from United Kingdom – November 11, 2024 (10/10)
Excellent 👍
What could be improved: Everything was excellent 👍👌👌👌👌👌👌Pleasant but unspectacular stay – Johannes from Germany – February 14, 2024 (6/10)
Good location, nice shower, modern design
What could be improved: Access to building was kinda difficult, building itself was dirty (outside of apartment), not as spacey as expected from pictures, second „bed“ was broken and needed to be repaired by us the first nightIt was nice, but during the cold days in Warsaw, the heater wasn't work… – Ecem from Turkey – October 1, 2022 (6/10)
The location is good. The apartment is located near to the all transportations.
What could be improved: The heater was not working when I arrived. When I contacted them, they helped me like 3-4 days later. It was freezing at home. And I guess in my bed there were bedbugs because during my 7 nights, I couldn't sleep at all because of itching. There were washing machine but I had no chance to wash them because the heater were not working and it was impossible to let them dry. There were no spare beddings. Even I couldn't take a shower because of cold 🙂Very Poor – Christophe from France – March 18, 2025 (2/10)
The appartment is very central.
What could be improved: A company is managing this apartment but the service is mediocre, they basically make no effort when they call themselve "we'll provide any service 24/7".
– The apartment doesn't look like the one that is advertised, it's located on 1st floor with big windows with no net curtains.
– No coffee machine when one was advertised. Asked the properties manager to bring one, even a very old one, answer was no. (What do you mean, you can't just provide a 15$ coffee machine?)
– Horrible smell coming from the bathroom pipe, smells like death.
– Asked for late checkout (+1h), answer was a firm noThe Unit was full of cockroaches and the did not pay for the moving or the missing Microwave! – Serkan from United States – January 23, 2024 (1/10)

2. Broken WC
3. No Elevator
4. Cockroaches
5. Missing Microwave
6. Never any one come to clean the UNIT!
""""""" Needed to move 3 times!!! and not 1 time a full normal UNIT!!!!! """"""" look at the pictures all that I needed to move several floors because thy the building with NO Elevator and they answer was "we need to investigate your complaint" so you dont know where you have rented a UNIT )))) Yuuuu shame on Renters.pl on the end of there investigation all you will get how sorry they are but that's it….
