Ok for the price but needs maintenance and improvements

Location is great, building is very safe and secure and you have shops cafes and shopping malls on your doorstep. Good transport links. Flat is spacious, nice to have a balcony and opening windows. Washing machine was handy. Good power points etc Generally wasn't too bad especially for the price point.

What could be improved: Lamp shades hanging off, very dusty and grubby. Shower curtain dirty and mouldy. Toilet flush button was broken. Only a very small hand towel given no actual towels.

Location and place was fantastic.. Place was clean and had everything in hand.. Amazing view from the balcony..

Central location, close to public transport and shopping. Great amenities and clean apartment. Easy check-in and check-out process.

What could be improved: If you keep the window open at night it’s going to be very noisy with all the traffic passing by.

Central location

Amazing location. Some parking spaces are literally in front (4.5zl per hour Mon-Fri 8-20), close to shopping centres. The view from balcony was amazing! Sofa was decent to sleep on. Downstairs was nero cafe, for all the morning coffees, so this was nice.

What could be improved: Pictures are from several apartments, so ours looked a bit older (it still did the job!). The bed was not comfortable. As it's on the main road, it is very loud and as there is no air con, you need to sleep with windows open so it is loud. We traveled as a group of 3, but the apartment was prepared for only 2 people, but we found an extra towel and bedding for sofa after talking to the owners.

What could be improved: We had quite an unpleasant experience on check in:
- The bed was not ready after arrival, we had to spend time and make the bed ourselves (punt on pillowcases etc).
- All the supplies (shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels etc) were just casually thrown on the couch in a form of a pile.
- there were not enough towels
- the maid that was sent to us to solve this issue was rude and not really helpful
Plus the apartment has poor soundproofing and needs more thorough cleaning

The apartment is located in a great place, close to the city center and public transportation. The apartment is quite comfortable and spacious. You will find there all you need for your staying - including shower cosmetics and even some tea/coffee. I've got quite detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, so its possible to check-in even if you are arriving in the middle of the night.

What could be improved: The key was located not in the place it was promised to be, and that can be an easy to solve... if someone will respond to your call. The phone number is useless - use e-mail to communicate. Be careful of the staircase door - if this appears to be closed, there is no key to open it and you will need to wait while someone will go out (although it is opened most of the time). There was a minor smell, seems like nobody used the apartment for a long time. Two more issues were: the broken electrical socket in the sleeping room and a piece of wall which just fell to the floor.
