You know what? I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Warsaw, and Apartments Konstruktorska really surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked away in Mokotów – which honestly is one of those neighborhoods that locals love but tourists somehow miss. The building itself sits on this quiet residential street, and I mean actually quiet, not “quiet for a city center” quiet. You’re about a 15-minute walk from the Mokotów Galeria if you need to do some shopping, but the real gem is how close you are to Łazienki Park. I’d grab coffee from the little café around the corner (there’s this Polish place that does incredible sernik) and walk through the park most mornings – it became my routine pretty quickly.

The apartments themselves feel like someone actually lives there, which sounds obvious but you’d be amazed how many “apartment hotels” feel sterile and corporate. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook – I picked up groceries from the Żabka down the street and made breakfast a few times. The beds are properly comfortable, not just acceptable, and the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the whole space, even in the bathroom (don’t judge me for checking emails in there). What I really appreciated was the little details – good hangers in the closet, decent water pressure, blackout curtains that actually block light. The kind of stuff that makes you realize someone thought about how people actually use these spaces. Parking was straightforward too, which in Warsaw is honestly half the battle if you’re driving.

The area grows on you pretty quickly. Mokotów has this residential vibe where you feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it. There’s a tram stop maybe five minutes away that’ll get you to the Old Town in about 20 minutes, but honestly some of my favorite meals were right in the neighborhood. This Vietnamese place called Pho Saigon is maybe a ten-minute walk – locals line up there on weekends, which is always a good sign. The 8.2 rating makes sense to me; it’s not trying to be fancy or luxurious, but everything works well and the location is genuinely convenient without being touristy. I stayed there in October when the weather was getting crisp, and coming back to a warm, well-lit apartment after walking around the city all day felt perfect. Would I book it again? Absolutely – especially if I was staying more than a couple nights and wanted to feel settled rather than just passing through.

  What could be improved: The host (management company) is not willing to help or provide anything for long stay:
  – No spare bed linens provided for 2 month stay. The host (management company) was refusing to bring fresh set.
  – Any requests were just refused with generic comment. E.g. the host offered to extend the stay, but refused to allow checkout even for 1 hour later, even though nobody was moving in.
  – Unpleasant experience communicating with the host.
  – The price asked does not correspond the experience you get.

  Lokalizacja świetna, wszystko co potrzebne w zasięgu kilku metrów .Restauracje,sklepy spożywcze, piekarnie ,kawiarnie,cukiernie itd.

  What could be improved: Pestka przy kluczach do wejścia nie działała , przez to trudno było windą wyjechać z garażu.Głośno chodziła wentylacja w toalecie i garderobie,nie było można tego szumu w żaden sposób wyciszyć.

  Хороше місце розташування, стильна і комфортна квартира, обладнана кухня, доступна інструкція для заїду.
  
  What could be improved: Не зручне для заїзду місце на паркінгу… добре, що він є! це великий плюс👍. Але більшою машиною (джипом) туди заїхати практично не реально, якщо поруч всі місця зайняті. Квартира стильна і комфортна, але хотілось б більше чистоти. Забагато пилу☹️, постіль чистенька, але матраци в плямах і це дуже не приємно. І ще здалося досить дивним те, поруч з пакетиками чаю були залишені кавові капсули для кофемашини …хоча самої кофемашини в квартирі немає))), так і не зрозуміла, як і де їх використовувати))
