  Right in the city center. Walking distance to everywhere. From the balcony you can see an amazing view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and everything is at a high level.

  The View was the best, the location was great as well, very much shopping options available, there is a great bakery in the building. Heating was working well in winter time.
  
  What could be improved: Only thing I could say that I didn't like was that we ran out of basic stuff like toilet paper, soap and garbage bags very quickly, so I would suggest do leave a lot more of this next time for other guests, especially if they are a group.

  What could be improved: Support really bad. I couldn't find the entrance with Google Maps, so I was going to the other side of the building & on the way I way checking the photos of the Appartement I booked. There was a Photo of the frontdoor but the Key Code didn't work on the door. I asked the Support of a Photo of the Entrance, the answer was a Google Maps Link (not helpful). A delivery driver let me go with him in the building & checked all floors for Renters.pl Appartement, found one but that wasn't mine. I asked again for the "Klatka"/Entrance which one is mine, because the one of the Appartement the photo is wrong. I asked 3 times that someone need to call me & help me because I have no idea where to go. I got a Message I replied just seconds after I got it but still I have to wait 10 – 15, 20 minutes for an answer. I called the service hotline where I just listen to someone & I couldn't talk to someone directly. Anyway after 50 minutes I finally found my Appartement & could Check In. Appartement is nice but the Support was horrible.

  Lovely apartment in the heart of Warsaw with a spectacular view from the balcony. The apartment has everything you could want, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Near the apartment is mostly everything, shops, bars, grocery stores, shopping malls, parks, and all kinds of public transport. The apartment was spotlessly and clean.
  
  What could be improved: The only issue is street noise. Warsaw should do something with street racers with loud pipes. Also, not sure, how comfortable it will be to stay here in summer. It might get hot because it's on the sunny side.

  What could be improved: There was no information that the enterance is in the back of the building and that there is no lift to level 7
