You know what, I’ve stayed at a bunch of places in Warsaw, and Apartments Varsovia Kasprzaka is one of those spots that just works. It’s not going to blow your mind with luxury – honestly, it’s a solid 3-star setup – but there’s something refreshing about a place that knows exactly what it is. The location is actually pretty clever if you know Warsaw at all. You’re in Wola, which I mean, isn’t the postcard-pretty Old Town, but it’s where real Warsaw happens. The building sits right between Kasprzaka and Prymasa Tysiąclecia streets, and once you figure out which entrance is yours (there are two addresses, which confused me the first time), you’re golden. What I really appreciate is how close you are to the business district without being stuck in some soulless corporate tower. You can walk to the Palace of Culture in about 15 minutes, but you’re also near enough to some great local spots that tourists never find – there’s this fantastic pierogi place just a few blocks down that locals actually go to.

The apartments themselves have that lived-in feeling that’s way better than sterile hotel rooms. I stayed in one with a little kitchenette, and honestly, being able to grab groceries from the Żabka downstairs and make coffee in the morning instead of hunting for an overpriced café was perfect. The 7.4 rating makes sense – it’s not fancy, but everything works. The Wi-Fi is solid (crucial when you’re trying to navigate Polish bureaucracy online), the shower has decent pressure, and the beds are actually comfortable, not those rock-hard European mattresses you sometimes get. One thing to know is that it can get a bit noisy in the evenings, especially on weekends – you’re in a pretty active neighborhood, and sound carries through the windows. But honestly, I kind of liked hearing the city buzz; it felt authentic. The check-in process is surprisingly smooth for what’s essentially an apartment rental operation. They’ve got it figured out, and the staff actually speak decent English, which isn’t always a given in this part of town.

What really sold me on this place is how it puts you in actual Warsaw instead of tourist Warsaw. You’re close enough to metro stops that getting around is easy, but you’re also in a neighborhood where people live and work. I ended up discovering this amazing little market on Saturdays just by wandering around, and there’s a really good Vietnamese restaurant nearby that I never would have found if I’d stayed in the city center. The value is solid too – you get way more space than a hotel room for less money, and having a kitchen means you can save on meals if you want to. Sure, it’s not going to give you that five-star pampered feeling, but if you want to experience Warsaw like someone who actually lives there while still having a comfortable, clean place to crash, this is your spot.

  apartment was comfortable and had everything you need inside the bedding we had was very thin and we could of done with more pillows for the bed and sofa bed as the pillows provided were very flat but overall it was OK for a short stay

  Check-in and location were great. Wifi worked perfectly. There was a huge balcony, where you could drink coffee, kinda cozy. Nice cooking equipment in the kitchen (a lot of plates, mugs, glasses), the host provided me with dishwasher cleaning tablets and garbage sacks. There was also a set of coffee and tea for one night.
  
  What could be improved: This flat is good for one night, not more. Cleaning was a nightmare. The vacuum cleaner stank. The air conditioner stank. The pipes stank. The kettle stank. The blanket was definitely not fresh and the carpet was visibly dirty. I had to clean the drain before using the shower. Unfortunately, the included cleaning service was only possible after 8 days of stay. There were no cleaning products and shampoo and shower gel were only for one night.

  The apartment is great, it has a modern renovation, is fully equipped and everything is working.
  The beds have new linens, I should admit that the smell is very nice.
  What is really important – is the parking space in the underground parking is included in the price, so you don't have to pay an additional 40-70 zl per day. I haven't seen such an offer from others.
  
  The support line is answering promptly and successfully practices an individual approach.

  Perfect, modern location. Underground parking 24/7. Fully furnished with complete accomodation, including kitchen and bathroom amenities. 24/7 assistance, answering questions even at 9pm.

  Very good. Calm area with 2 big green area gardens across the street. To go city center or anywhere else take the public bikes Veturilo, first 20min free, one hour – 1zlo (0.23 cents 🙂 ).. or very cheap public transport across the door..
