You know what surprised me about this place? It’s actually one of those apartment-style hotels that doesn’t feel like you’re staying in someone’s leftover corporate housing. I mean, the location on Świętokrzyska is pretty much perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without dealing with the tourist chaos around the Old Town. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Palace of Culture and Science (yeah, that massive Stalin-era building you can’t miss), and honestly, being right in Śródmieście means you can walk to most of the stuff you actually want to see. The metro station at Świętokrzyska-Teatralny is right there too, which saved me so much time getting around the city.

The apartments themselves are solid – I stayed in what I think was a one-bedroom unit, and it felt more like a proper flat than a hotel room. The kitchen actually works (I made coffee every morning because, let’s be honest, hotel coffee is usually terrible), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. The building itself is one of those renovated Warsaw classics, so you get high ceilings and decent soundproofing, though you’ll still hear some street noise during the day – it’s a busy area, after all. What I really appreciated was how clean everything was, and the WiFi actually worked well enough for video calls, which isn’t always a given in these older buildings.

Check-in was surprisingly smooth for an apartment rental – they’ve got it pretty well organized, not like some places where you’re hunting around for keys or waiting for someone to show up. The Noclegi Renters team seems to have their act together, which honestly makes a huge difference when you’re tired from traveling. I was there in early fall, and the heating worked perfectly (Warsaw gets chilly faster than you’d expect). The neighborhood gets pretty lively in the evenings – there are tons of restaurants and bars within a couple blocks, and you’re close enough to the Vistula that you can walk down to the river when you need a break from the city energy. I’d definitely stay here again, especially since the price point makes way more sense than some of the international chain hotels that charge twice as much for half the space. Just pack light on groceries if you’re planning to cook – there’s a small Żabka nearby, but for serious shopping you’ll want to find a bigger supermarket.

  What could be improved: I had trouble communicating with host via email. The replies to their message sometimes bounced. The check in instructions could have been more helpful. For example the instructions said to go to stairway seven but it was unclear which exterior door that was; they could have added the comment ("Klasse VII").
  The clothes washer didn't work for us. It didnt dry our clothes. We may not have followed the proper procedure.
  The bathroom sink was ridiculously small and did not extend far enough out from the counter above. This required putting you head over the sink to spit out toothpaste.

  Good location with the breathtaking view. There was everything I needed for short stay.
  
  What could be improved: For me it was too hot to sleep. There could be at least fan during summer like that. Before arrival I asked if there is a hairdryer and the answer was no, so I took it to my hand luggage. But when I arrived I found it in the bathroom. Anyway, I like the apartment.

  The location is near perfect, it's in the walking distance to the old town, very close to the metro. There are plenty of stores or restaurants nearby. The view of the Pałac Kultury was gorgeous.

  It was great, we bought some groceries, made ourselves breakfast one day and had the YouTube work when we were in.
  
  What could be improved: It was a bit hard to find at first. And it was pretty hot at night so air conditioning or a fan would have been great.
