You know what? I wasn’t expecting much from Apartments Warsaw Pereca when I first booked it – honestly, the name’s a bit of a mouthful and I’d never heard of the Wola district. But after spending a week there, I’m actually pretty impressed with what Noclegi Renters has put together. The building sits on this quiet street named after Icchok Lejb Perec (yeah, I had to look up the pronunciation too), and while it’s not exactly in the heart of Old Town, that turned out to be a blessing. You’re away from the tourist crowds but still close enough to everything that matters – the Rondo ONZ metro station is maybe a 10-minute walk, which gets you downtown in no time.

The apartments themselves feel more like someone’s actual home than a sterile hotel room, which I mean, that’s exactly what you want when you’re staying somewhere for more than a couple nights. My unit had this lived-in comfort that made me feel settled right away – proper kitchen with a full-size fridge (not one of those mini things that can barely fit a bottle of wine), decent wifi that actually worked for video calls, and windows that opened wide enough to let in fresh air without the street noise being too crazy. The Wola neighborhood’s got this interesting mix going on – you’ll see modern office buildings next to these beautiful pre-war apartments, and there’s always something happening on the streets during the day. I loved walking down to the little corner market on Chłodna Street for morning coffee and watching the locals do their thing.

What really sold me on this place was how the staff handled everything – check-in was smooth, they actually answered their phones when I had questions, and when my shower started acting up on day three, someone came to fix it within a couple hours. That’s the kind of service you hope for but don’t always get with apartment rentals. The area’s got some solid restaurant options too (there’s this pierogi place about five blocks away that locals line up for), and you’re close enough to the Vistula riverbank for evening walks when the weather’s nice. Sure, it’s not luxury – the furniture’s a bit worn and you can hear your neighbors sometimes – but for the price and the authentic Warsaw experience, I’d definitely stay here again. Plus, that 8.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there; it’s exactly what it promises to be, nothing more, nothing less.

  Convenient location. Comfortable and cozy accommodation with amenities.
  
  What could be improved: You need to pay for the accommodation on the host's website, the price for the accommodation will be higher, as there will be no discount available on Booking.com. Also, the host leaves the possibility to use your card data. I don't think it's fair to the client. There are also hidden rules that are not described on the accommodation page on Booking.com. Additional fees are charged after the stay, without the consent of the cardholder. I don’t think it’s safe. Now I have to block the card and make a new one.

  The size and outline of the apartment are great, also a central place. The bed was comfy, sheets and everything quite clean.
  
  What could be improved: The furniture felt rather cheap, the apartment house is quite old and therefore not good isolated. For that price I’ve already seen better than places. Also the staff barged in just 5min after the checkout time, when I was (nature calling!) still on the loo. It felt unnecessarily rushed out and the staff’s reaction was an eye roll. Rude.

  the apartment was small but more than enough for our stay. it was in perfect condition, clean and fully stocked. I would’ve liked an AC, but we managed without it. but for the hot summer and cold winter it will be necessary. The area and the location are perfect. although it is next to school it was not noisy. It is 10min walking from a huge mall and the central railway station and 20min walk from the old town. There are amazing parks in all directions, in case you need a shade in hot summer day.
  
  What could be improved: the only think I can complain, and I saw that it was already pointed out multiple times, was the couch. it is extremely dirty, covered in spots, I won’t dare guess their origin. it is like an dirt smudge on a masterpiece painting. Please! Please! either fix it or remove it!!!!

  What could be improved: The company charged me with extra 10% of the price listed at Booking.com. All attempts to find out what was it for were template answers "we have extensive experience in hosting and thats normal". I honestly don't care how much experience you have, I care about you fooling people and charging extra prices.
  And by the way, Booking.com did nothing to protect me from these frauds while they withdraw extra amounts of money. My complaint was ignored and I was answered "The apartment rejected your complaint". MMM, that's a nice care about the clients who give you access to their bank accounts/ cards…..
  The sofa is so dirty that you would think twice before sitting on it. Pillows were overused and it was easier not to use them.
  The entrance intercom was ringing every night and there is no way to turn it off.
  and the mop in the wardrobe was just to feel the attitude.
  Overall all pieces of furniture are old and damaged, 1 chair swayed, so you would fall definitely.
  Windows are seeping cold air through at night.
