Hotel Description
I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name “Apartments Warsaw Przyokopowa by Noclegi Renters,” I thought it sounded like something generated by a computer. But you know what? Sometimes the places with the clunkiest names turn out to be hidden gems, and that’s exactly what happened here.
The location on Przyokopowa is actually pretty brilliant if you know Warsaw at all. You’re tucked away from the tourist chaos around the Old Town, but still close enough that you can walk to most places you’d want to see. I mean, it’s one of those streets that locals use as a shortcut – not fancy, not Instagram-perfect, just real Warsaw. The building itself has that solid, no-nonsense Polish apartment block vibe that I’ve grown to appreciate. Nothing flashy, but everything works properly, which honestly matters more when you’re dragging luggage up after a long travel day.
What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to make these apartments feel like actual homes rather than sterile hotel rooms. The kitchens are properly equipped – I’m talking real knives that actually cut things, not those useless hotel butter knives. There’s enough counter space to spread out your groceries from Żabka (there’s one right around the corner, naturally), and the coffee maker doesn’t require an engineering degree to operate. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout, which I tested extensively during some late-night work sessions. The beds are firm in that European way that either drives you crazy or makes you sleep like a rock – fortunately for me, it was the latter.
The neighborhood gets quiet after about 10 PM, which is perfect if you’re trying to recover from jet lag or just want a decent night’s sleep. During the day, there’s enough foot traffic to feel safe and connected, but it’s not like staying next to Central Station where there’s constant noise. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving – it’s street parking mostly, and you’ll want to figure out the zone system, but that’s pretty much Warsaw for you. The whole check-in process was surprisingly smooth considering this isn’t some big chain hotel with 24-hour desk staff. They actually communicate ahead of time about key pickup, which saved me from standing around looking confused with my bags.
What pushes this place into genuinely good territory is the attention to details that matter. Proper blackout curtains, enough electrical outlets near the bed, towels that don’t feel like sandpaper, and – this might sound silly – but coat hooks in useful places. It’s clear that whoever set these apartments up has actually stayed in vacation rentals before and learned from other people’s mistakes. The 8.9 rating makes complete sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Warsaw, but it nails the fundamentals while giving you space to actually live a bit rather than just crash between tourist activities.

Excellent location near the centre of Warsaw. Parking was very secure and easy to access local transport if needed. Apartment itself was very clean and had most of what we needed.
Sarah from United Kingdom (9/10)
The location of this apartment was great, super central and right next to the Uprising Museum which made it convenient for our museum day. The apartment itself is a nice size, they provided all the necessary things like towels, shower gel and they even have a dishwasher. The balcony was also lovely and used often for chilling out in the evening. I would booked this spot again!

Excellent location (right in front of Insurrection Museum) and close to all public transport options. Good sized modern 2-bedroom apartment on the third floor of a recently built building with all the necessary amenities. Loved the balcony.
Emilija from North Macedonia (3/10)
the beautiful location, everything you need is nearby, just 2 minutes away, the apartment is new, and have all what you need, a terrace with a nice view of the business zone, the only thing to pay attention to is hygiene, the bedding was stained with hairs on it, as if it is not not changed at all, the curtains are dirty and there are some feelings of dust in the apartment. the bed is comfortable to sleep on, but the pillows are dirty and smelled of sweat, pay attention to hygiene
Dianela from United States (6/10)
It was clean. Good location. Unfortunately the air conditioning only works for the living room. It was very hot in the bedrooms. We couldn’t sleep properly. We requested some fans but we were told they couldn’t provide them.
