Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Apartments Warsaw Świętojańska by Noclegi Renters on a cobblestone street in the heart of Warsaw, you immediately get that “I’m staying somewhere special” feeling. The building itself has character — it’s one of those classic Warsaw structures that survived the city’s tumultuous history, and honestly, the location is just ridiculous. I mean, you’re literally steps from Old Town Square, and the Royal Castle is practically your neighbor. This four-star property doesn’t try to be flashy, but it nails what matters most: putting you right where you want to be.
The Heart of Śródmieście
You know what’s brilliant about staying here? Everything worth seeing is within walking distance, and I actually mean walking — not that “walkable” nonsense where you need a taxi after ten minutes. The Old Town is right there, sure, but you’re also close to the more lived-in parts of Śródmieście where locals actually hang out. There’s this great little café around the corner that serves proper Polish breakfast, and the tram stops nearby connect you to anywhere else you might want to explore. Couples seem to really get this place — there’s something romantic about wandering these old streets together, especially in the evening when everything’s lit up.
The Apartment Experience
Each apartment here feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in a hotel, which is exactly what you want from this type of accommodation. The spaces are thoughtfully designed — not huge, but cleverly laid out so everything has its place. You’ll find a proper kitchen setup that’s actually functional (I’ve stayed in too many places where the kitchenette is just for show), and the living areas have that comfortable, lived-in vibe. The beds are genuinely comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern without being sterile. What I really appreciated was how quiet everything stays despite being in such a central location.
Practical Comforts
The staff at Noclegi Renters clearly know what they’re doing — check-in was smooth, and they’re genuinely helpful with local recommendations that go beyond the obvious tourist spots. The building has good WiFi throughout, which matters when you’re trying to plan your days or stay connected. Parking in this part of Warsaw can be tricky, but they’ll sort you out with options if you’re driving. The whole setup feels professional but personal, like they actually care about your stay rather than just processing another booking.
Why Guests Love It
Honestly, it comes down to location and authenticity — this place delivers both without compromise. You’re staying in the real Warsaw, not some sanitized hotel district, but you’re not sacrificing comfort for character. The fact that couples rate it so highly tells you something about the atmosphere here — it’s intimate and special without being overly precious about it. When you can walk to dinner in Old Town, grab morning coffee from a local spot, and still have your own space to retreat to, well, that’s pretty much the perfect city break setup. The 9.7 location score isn’t just numbers — it’s the difference between feeling like a tourist and feeling like you belong.

Best location to stay in Warsaw
Perfect location, probably the best one for a short trip to Warsaw. Right in the middle of everything.
Although the building is old, the windows are huge and offer perfect insulation. The street is extra noisy, but when we closed the windows, nothing was heard inside.
It was generally clean.
Easy self check-in.
What could be improved: Lack of light in the bathroom and the hallway. There are mirrors but you cannot really see much because the lighting is weak.
Pillows are terrible, old and overused. If I had to sleep there one more night I would probably buy myself a new pillow.
Although the apartment itself looked cleaned, the shower desperately needs some deep cleaning to remove the mold from the door.
Wonderful
Excellent location in the heart of the Old city.
Large apartment with high ceilings (personal preference 😊)
What could be improved: It would be nice to have air conditioning, especially when it is 30+ °C outside ))
Also, we missed coffee machine among the kitchen equipment.
Minor thing: not enough clothes hangers (4) for the apartment having up to 6 persons capacity.
Very Good
- Central location in the old part of Warsaw. Historic attractions are in walk distance.
- Spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable apartment. Everything needed for the stay is covered.
- A delicious traditional Polish restaurant is just downstairs.
What could be improved: Slow responses from Noclegi Renters team. I reported that the washing machine is not working on 2nd day of my stay. They didn’t reply until I reported it to booking’s customer service team (on 5th day). The washing machine finally got fixed on 7th day.
Perfect for a short stay with family
Perfect location, everything you need.
What could be improved: Instruction for TV
Good
The expectation of the apartment matches on what to expect.
Very Good
The location is amazing
Very nice
Location very convinient to explore old town and central part of Warsaw.
What could be improved: It was noisy inside because we kept windows open. It did not bother us during a day but in the evening the noise was disturbing our sleep. Would be nice to have towels from the start but when we contacted the Noclegu Renters the problem was fixed next day.
the locatioj is great, the apartments are clean and big enough.
everything was great
What could be improved: n/a
Warsaw from the old town
Easy check-in, great location in the old town, lots of restaurants right on the same street. Easy to go everywhere. For the children, the loft was a nice place to sleep.
What could be improved: The stairs to the loft were REALLY steep. Not suitable for small children or the elderly.
Wonderful
Very nice appartement and the location is great. It's a little bit noisy because it's right in the heart of the old town, but when you close the windows, you don't here practically anything of this noice. So we slept well.
What could be improved: I didn't have WIfi on my arival. It took me tree calls and two days in order to get it. There was a problem with network. After they repared it, wifi was functionning well.
