The building has that gorgeous 1930s facade that Warsaw does so well, and stepping inside feels like you’re in some chic European film where everyone drinks coffee perfectly and wears scarves just right.

The apartment itself is where things get interesting. I mean, it’s technically a 3-star rating, but whoever did the renovations here clearly had taste – and a decent budget. The Art Deco touches aren’t just thrown around randomly like in some places; they actually thought about it. Original moldings, period-appropriate fixtures, but then they’ve gone and added all the stuff you actually need, like proper WiFi and a kitchen that works. The gym downstairs is small but functional (think boutique hotel vibes, not chain hotel basement dungeon), and honestly, having guaranteed parking in Mokotów is worth its weight in gold – anyone who’s driven around this area knows what I’m talking about.

What really sold me on this place is how it sits in the neighborhood. Mokotów isn’t the flashiest district, but it’s got this lived-in authenticity that tourists usually miss. You’re close enough to the center that you don’t feel cut off, but far enough out that you can actually park your car and walk to a decent restaurant without fighting crowds. The local market nearby has better produce than most hotel breakfast buffets, and there’s this little café around the corner – I won’t name it because it’s already busy enough – where locals actually hang out. The 9.3 rating makes sense once you spend a night here; it’s not trying to be the Ritz, but it nails what it’s going for. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the building actually stays quiet at night, which in a city apartment situation is basically a minor miracle.

  The apartment is new, modern and well-equipped.
  The bed is very comfortable, pillows and blankets.
  
  The shower has good water pressure and is easy to use. Modern washing machine with drying function.
  
  The kitchen has enough appliances for cooking. Special thanks for the cool hose for the faucet in the kitchen, it is mega convenient.
  
  There is also underground parking and right opposite the entrance to the elevator, which is connected to the floors of the apartments. This parking function is very convenient.
  
  Sufficient number of garbage bags. Also in the kitchen I was very pleased with the toaster and coffee machine.
  
  Another plus is the smart TV, you can watch YouTube, Netflix or find a movie for free through the Internet browser.
  
  Wi-Fi is included in the price of the apartment, good enough for both work and downloading a movie online viewing.
