You know what caught me off guard about this place? The moment you walk into the ASKI New Powiśle apartment, it actually feels like someone’s stylish Warsaw home rather than another sterile hotel room. I mean, the Powiśle neighborhood itself is having this incredible moment right now – it’s tucked right between the Vistula riverbank and the city center, so you get that perfect mix of local Warsaw life without being stuck way out in the suburbs.

The apartment itself is honestly impressive for what you’re paying. Everything feels deliberately chosen rather than just ordered from some hotel furniture catalog, and the kitchen actually works (I’m talking full-size appliances, not those sad mini-fridges). The whole space has this modern Polish design thing going on – clean lines but warm somehow, with these great big windows that let in ridiculous amounts of light during the day. What really sold me though was stepping out onto the balcony in the evening… you can see the river and catch glimpses of the Old Town across the water, especially when everything lights up after sunset. The area gets pretty quiet at night too, which is rare for central Warsaw – though you’ll definitely hear some trams during the day since the line runs nearby (not annoying, just so you know).

Here’s the thing about staying in Powiśle that most tourists miss – you’re basically a ten-minute walk from all the major stuff, but you’re living where actual Varsovians hang out. There’s this great little market that happens on weekends just down the street, and the riverfront path is perfect for morning runs if you’re into that sort of thing. The building itself is one of those newer developments that doesn’t look like a concrete block from the 80s, and parking is actually manageable if you’re driving (though honestly, you won’t need a car much). Check-in was smooth – they use one of those keypad entry systems, so no waiting around for someone to show up with keys. I’d probably book this again next time I’m in Warsaw, especially since that 9.2 rating isn’t just inflated nonsense – the place really does deliver on being a proper home base for exploring the city without the typical hotel headaches.

  Perfect location. Warsaw university, Vistula river , holy cross church are within 5 -10 min walk, a shopping mall and supermarket, a Vietnam pho nearby, super convenient.

  Amazing location and lovely apartment. Checkin and checkout was easy and clear. Parking was a big plus. Many restaurants nearby. Nice balcony on a lively, but not noisy street. Very quiet at night.

  The staff and location were great. The apartment is fully equipped and comfortably fits two adults and two children.

  The parking was secure. We were happy with the size of the apartment and the amount of dishes and pans in the kitchen. The street in front of the building was quiet and there was very little traffic. We also didn`t hear any noise from the neighbors. Shopping was nearby – 2 streets away – and we could reach alot of places on foot. We also really appreciated the laundry machine/tumbler in the kitchen.

  Location is great, quiet area, next to a park, easy, 10-15 walk to the old town. 25 minutes walk to the central station.
  Flat is very clean, has every you need for a short stay, for us it was just a base to stay and shower and sleep for the a couple of nights. It has a cafe near by which opens at 9pm for breakfast. Otherwise, bring your own breakfast if you want to eat before.

  Enough space, nice and clean accommodation, comfortable and clean bathroom. Ability to park in the garage was a big plus. Good location to reach Copernicus Centre and the centre of the city. We would stay there again.
