Overview
Okay, so I’ll be honest – when I first heard about this place called “Banksy” Art with a 9.0 rating, I was expecting some sort of trendy boutique spot with street art splashed everywhere. And you know what? I wasn’t entirely wrong, but it’s way more subtle than that. This 3-star gem actually gets the whole art thing right without beating you over the head with it.
The moment you walk in, there’s this understated cool vibe that just works. I mean, it’s not trying too hard to be hip – the art pieces are thoughtfully placed rather than just thrown up on every available wall surface. The lobby has this interesting mix of contemporary pieces and what I’m pretty sure are some local artists’ works, though honestly, I spent more time appreciating them than analyzing their provenance. What really caught my attention was how the lighting actually makes you want to linger instead of rushing straight to your room. The front desk staff seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the place too, which you don’t always get at properties in this price range.
Here’s what I really appreciated – the rooms feel more like staying in an artist’s well-curated apartment than a generic hotel. The bathrooms are surprisingly spacious (always a win in my book), and there’s this attention to small details that you notice throughout your stay. Like, the hangers are actually decent quality, the WiFi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and someone clearly thought about where you’d want to plug in your phone charger. The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with that hotel-mattress backache, and the blackout curtains actually block out light – revolutionary concept, I know, but you’d be amazed how many places get this wrong.
What really sold me on this place was how it manages to feel both relaxed and inspiring at the same time. You’re not staying somewhere that screams “look how artistic we are!” every five seconds, but there’s definitely a creative energy that seeps into your stay. I found myself actually looking forward to walking through the common areas instead of just rushing past them. The neighborhood itself has character too – you can tell locals actually live and work around here rather than it being some tourist bubble. Parking was straightforward when I visited, though I’d imagine it could get tighter during peak season. The whole experience just felt… authentic, I guess? Like someone who actually cares about art and hospitality decided to create something genuine rather than just following some corporate playbook about what an “art hotel” should be.

Everything was good, nothing to worry about. Nice decorations and atmosphere in apartament.
• It was well thought of: there were even cosmetics available for use, such as shaving cream!
• Elevator, in case one needs it, such as going with wheelchairs or strollers.
• For kids, there are plenty of playgrounds around.
• Supermarket and gas station besides.
• Two well-reviewed burger places around the corner.
