  W obiekcie jest wszystko czego potrzeba – sztućce, naczynia, szafy itd.
  
  What could be improved: Już pierwszego dnia nie mogliśmy się zameldować, kilka godzin nie było kontaktu z obiektem – nie odbierali na infolinii ani nie odpisywali. Okazało się, że kod wejściowy, który nam podali nie był poprawny. Kolejny, który podali również nie, dopiero trzeci był właściwy. To było stresujące doświadczenie. Trzy ostatnie dni weszła ekipa remontująca blok, rozłożyli folię w całym ogródku i postawili rusztowania, tak że nie dało się korzystać. Nikt o tym wcześniej nie informował. Poziom czystości też był średni.

  Very nice spacious apartment. Well equipped. Nice high ceiling. We stayed two weeks and can recommend this apartment if you stay longer in Warschau. By bus it is about 30 minutes to the city center.

  What could be improved: The apartment was completely dirty and unsanitary from previous guests. The sheets were not changed left with in messy order on the bed mixed with toilet paper and paper towels. Dirty and unsanitary bathroom including toilet, shower, sink, floors, trash was left in trash can, kitchen counter tops and sink filthy, dirty dishes left in dishwasher, disorganized couch, trash left in the garage can. Also, I could not work or make any zoom or phone calls due to construction in the apartment above me. Noises start approximately 7.30 am and finish around 3pm. I also have all documentation, emails, pictures and videos proving my point. This unit was completely not ready for a rental especially the money I paid for it. I will definitely want full refund for this rental. I don’t recommend this place and I am disappointed! They did very poor!

  The apartment and neighborhood was modern. Supermarket just 3min to walk.
  
  What could be improved: Noclegi renters is a company that has many apartments for rent, so if there are any questions, confusion, you will not have anyone to help you solve the situation. We arrived around 10pm and the door code sent did not work. After several attempts, I called the helpline and they solved it on their side. When we entered the apartment, I saw that the apartment was not cleaned after the previous guests. Helpline did not answer. It's good that the apartment had clean bed linen, we changed it, fixed the bathroom and stayed there. The next day, when I wrote to the company's e-mail and sent pictures, they responded as if a cleaner could come. When I said that we would be there for the evening, they said that they could not come today and that they could come the next morning. We stayed 3 nights and saw no need to come to clean after 2 nights. The company sends messages from phone numbers with questions or everything is fine, but these encrypted numbers cannot be answered. For the first time in my life I had such an experience and next time I will choose a private landlord or a hotel that takes care of its business. 5 days after check out they returned cleaning fee.
