  The location and facilities inside the apartment were perfect
  
  What could be improved: There was no cooling or heating system in the bedroom, and to cool the room, we had to turn on the internal cooling system and leave the bedroom door open to cool it down.

  The apartment looked nice, and all the necessities were available.
  Very central, but as a result also a lot of noise.
  
  What could be improved: Two days before I arrived I asked if it was possible to check in an hour early, but didn’t get a reply. Upon arrival I had to wait almost 90 minutes to get in to the apartment, because they forgot to send me check-in instructions, and nobody answered when I called Noclegi Renters.
  The beds had a lot of hair in them, so it seemed like the bedsheets hadn’t been changed.
  There’s a huge roundabout close to the apartment, and there were ambulance sirens making loud noise several times a day, and sometimes in the night.
  Difficult to relax in the apartment, and extremely poor customer service.

  Everything looks newly renovated. Super clean and modern. Fully equipped open kitchen with large fridge, large flat screen tv and separate comfortable bedroom. Lots of storage space. Very nice bathroom and shower. Secure but easy entry.
  
  What could be improved: Overall very nice apartment in an ideal location, but balcony is tiny and the view is somewhat limited from the 5th floor.
