You know what surprised me most about this place? Actually finding a decent apartment with parking in Warsaw that doesn’t cost a fortune. The Mennica Residence sits in one of those neighborhoods that’s quietly becoming something special – not touristy enough for the guidebooks yet, but locals definitely know what’s up.

I’ll be honest, when I first pulled up and saw the building, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But stepping inside completely changed my perspective. The apartment itself is genuinely beautiful – and I mean that in a lived-in, comfortable way, not some sterile hotel room way. The space feels like someone actually thought about how you’d want to spend your evenings after walking around the city all day. Big windows let in tons of natural light (which you really appreciate during those shorter Warsaw winter days), and the layout just makes sense. There’s this nice separation between the sleeping area and living space that you don’t always get in European city apartments. The kitchen’s properly equipped too – not just a mini fridge and a prayer, but actual counter space and appliances that work. And honestly? Having that parking spot removes so much stress from exploring the city. You know that feeling when you’re driving around a European city center looking for parking and slowly losing your mind? Yeah, none of that here.

What really sold me on this place though is the location within Mennica itself. It’s one of those areas that feels authentically Warsaw – you’ve got local cafes where people actually work on their laptops, not just pose for Instagram, and grocery stores that close at normal hours. The residential streets are quiet enough that you can actually sleep with the windows open in summer, but you’re still close enough to the action that getting into the city center doesn’t require major planning. I mean, the 9.1 rating isn’t just people being generous – this place delivers on the basics really well. The check-in was smooth (they actually showed up on time and explained how everything worked), the WiFi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and the bathroom has proper water pressure. It’s those little things that make you realize how often hotels get the simple stuff wrong. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the building can get a bit echo-y in the hallways during busy periods, but honestly, once you’re inside the apartment with the door closed, it’s perfectly quiet.

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at these apartments, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations!
  
  The building is new and fresh, which was evident upon entering the apartments on the 8th floor. Located right in the city center. Although the space was small for 4 persons, it was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, including Netflix and other entertainment options, made our evenings enjoyable after a long day of sightseeing.
  
  One highlight for us was the designated parking lot located under the building.
  
  Overall, these apartments are a good choice for anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place to stay. We had an amazing time and will definitely be returning on our next visit! Highly recommended!
