Okay, so I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “Bliska Wola Tower – UNIQUE Apartments 4YOU” I thought it was going to be one of those generic corporate housing situations. Boy, was I wrong. This place is actually something special, and I mean that in the best way possible. You’re basically staying on the 18th floor of this sleek tower in Wola, which – if you don’t know Warsaw well – has completely transformed from this industrial wasteland into the city’s new business district. The elevator ride up gives you that little stomach-drop moment, and then you walk into your apartment and… wow. The view hits you immediately. We’re talking about a panoramic spread of Warsaw’s skyline that honestly made me just stand there for a good five minutes.

The apartment itself feels like someone actually lives there, you know? Not that sterile hotel vibe where everything’s bolted down and sanitized to death. The kitchen has real dishes (not just the basics), there’s a proper coffee maker, and the bathroom has one of those rainfall showers that actually works properly – I’ve stayed in five-star places where the water pressure was a joke, but this delivered. What really struck me was how quiet it gets up there. I mean, you’re in the middle of a major city, but 18 floors up, the street noise just… disappears. At night, watching the city lights spread out toward the Palace of Culture, it’s almost meditative. The building itself is modern without being cold – good security, fast elevators, and the kind of lobby that makes you feel like you’ve got your life together just by walking through it.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – the practical stuff actually works. The WiFi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, the air conditioning responds when you adjust it, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward. The location is brilliant if you’re doing business in Warsaw’s financial district, but even for regular tourism, you’re surprisingly well connected. Rondo ONZ metro station is walkable, and from there you can get anywhere in the city pretty easily. I’ll warn you though – if you’re expecting old-world Warsaw charm, this isn’t it. Wola is all glass and steel and modern energy. But sometimes that’s exactly what you want, especially when you get to retreat to this peaceful spot high above it all. The 9.8 rating isn’t inflated marketing nonsense – this place genuinely delivers on what it promises, and that view alone is worth the stay.

  Have to say the apartment is emaculate, well presented and has obviously had a lot of thought into the design and detail.
  
  The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you’ll need for food preparation.
  
  The bed is comfortable.
  
  The shower room has transparent glass panels, however a switch can turn then translucent. I still cannot figure out the technology behind this, but it’s a great feature.
  
  Overall an impressive and stylish apartment with a unique design.
