  Чисто,но имейте ввиду,что в доме в какой-то квартире идет ремонт,поэтому если вы решили днем вздремнуть,то не выйдет,и в спальне двери как таковой нет,там стоит раздвижная дверь как в шкафу купе,поэтому слышимость с гостинной очень хорошая.
