You know what? I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Warsaw, and these apartments on Dobra Street really surprised me. The name is ridiculously long – honestly, who comes up with “Bright Apartments with Air Conditioning Near the Copernicus Science Center in Warsaw by Noclegi Renters” – but don’t let that put you off. The location is actually fantastic if you want to be right in the thick of things without dealing with the tourist chaos around the Old Town. I mean, you’re literally a two-minute walk from the Vistula riverbank, and that whole area has become so much nicer in recent years with all the new cafes and bike paths they’ve added.

The apartments themselves are pretty solid for a 3-star place. The air conditioning actually works (which isn’t always a given in Warsaw, trust me), and during those sweltering July days when the city turns into a sauna, you’ll be grateful for it. The rooms are bright – they weren’t lying about that part – with decent-sized windows that let in plenty of natural light. I stayed on the third floor and could see a bit of the river if I craned my neck, though honestly the street view was more interesting with all the foot traffic heading to the Science Center. Speaking of which, if you’re traveling with kids, having the Copernicus Science Center practically next door is brilliant. No need to figure out public transport or worry about timing – just walk over whenever the mood strikes.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re right in Śródmieście. The building seems well-insulated, and Dobra Street doesn’t get the late-night party crowd that you’ll find closer to Nowy Świat. The check-in was smooth enough – they have this keypad system that works better than you’d expect, though I did have to call once when I couldn’t figure out the door code (my fault, not theirs). Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving, but there’s usually something available on the side streets, and honestly, you probably won’t need a car much from this location anyway. The 8.5 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any nasty surprises. Plus, you’re a quick walk to some genuinely good restaurants along the river that most tourists never discover because they stick to the main squares. I’d definitely book here again, especially in summer when that AC becomes your best friend.

  What could be improved: Smelt like previous guest had a pet in the room, no washing liquid supplied for clothes, floors needed a good mop (quite dusty), entering the code on the door handle was frustrating, gaps underneath doors should be sealed so you don’t hear neighbours.

  The apartment is in good location, bright, generally clean and cosy, a nice balcony with a good view of the rooftops of the city.
  
  What could be improved: At arrival – the code for entering apartment was not available, had to call an autoresponder and go through a maze of options until finally found a way to speak to a human. Nevertheless – spent an hour with my family sitting on the stairs in the stairway until received the code and got in the apartment.
  The door handles in the apartment are falling off.
  Air conditioner is making rattling noises.
  Bathroom could benefit from a more thourough cleaning, especially the shower cabin and its drain (water was not going away)

  What could be improved: The offer says there are two rooms, which there is one in fact. There were a lot of problems with payment procedure, since nobody from stuff could confirm the payment. We had 2 hours delay check-in instructions to enter the apartment.

  The apartment is very close to Wisla river and 20 min walk to the historical centre. There are many parks, quiet bars and cafes. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Almost newly renovated. All needed items like hair dryer, an iron and kitchen are available. I recommend this place. The street is quiet.
  
  What could be improved: There are two things I find embarrassing is that there isn't an easy and direct connection with the staff. A recorded voice answers the telephone. There isn't an option to connect a real person. I wrote mails and needed a fast answer but they replied days after that. Also the first night the neighbor in the next studio came home with a kick on the door and shouting. I wanted to call anyone but who could I connect? Everything was fine. It never happened again but the problem is the absence of possibility for urgent calls and quick replies to the mails.
  The second problem is the weak security of the WiFi. The connection is good but I received messages for threats.

  pokój czysty, estetyczny, przestronny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony – całe umeblowanie, jak i aneks kuchenny. cena adekwatna do jakości oraz lokalizacji, zdecydowanie odwiedzę ponownie przy okazji wizyty w stolicy! polecam 🙂
  
  What could be improved: jedyny minus to fakt, że zameldowanie było od 14:00, przybyliśmy do apartamentu o 15, a oczekiwanie na kod do pokoju chwilę trwało – mimo kilkukrotnych telefonów do supportu. poza tym wszystko 10/10.

  Bardzo polecam to mieszkanie! Spędziliśmy tu jedną noc w gronie rodziny (dwoje dorosłych i dzieci) i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Lokal był wyjątkowo czysty, co jest dla nas zawsze priorytetem. Dodatkowym atutem była klimatyzacja, która świetnie sprawdziła się w ciepły dzień. Na miejscu dostępne były również kosmetyki, co było miłym udogodnieniem. Lokalizacja mieszkania okazała się idealna – blisko do centrum i dobrze skomunikowana. Zdecydowanie wrócimy przy kolejnej wizycie w Warszawie!
