The apartment is new and well renovated apartment from shower.

What could be improved: The offer says there are two rooms, which there is one in fact. There were a lot of problems with payment procedure, since nobody from stuff could confirm the payment. We had 2 hours delay check-in instructions to enter the apartment.

A good value for money.

The apartment is in good location, bright, generally clean and cosy, a nice balcony with a good view of the rooftops of the city.

What could be improved: At arrival - the code for entering apartment was not available, had to call an autoresponder and go through a maze of options until finally found a way to speak to a human. Nevertheless - spent an hour with my family sitting on the stairs in the stairway until received the code and got in the apartment.
The door handles in the apartment are falling off.
Air conditioner is making rattling noises.
Bathroom could benefit from a more thourough cleaning, especially the shower cabin and its drain (water was not going away)

Bardzo polecam to mieszkanie! Spędziliśmy tu jedną noc w gronie rodziny (dwoje dorosłych i dzieci) i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Lokal był wyjątkowo czysty, co jest dla nas zawsze priorytetem. Dodatkowym atutem była klimatyzacja, która świetnie sprawdziła się w ciepły dzień. Na miejscu dostępne były również kosmetyki, co było miłym udogodnieniem. Lokalizacja mieszkania okazała się idealna – blisko do centrum i dobrze skomunikowana. Zdecydowanie wrócimy przy kolejnej wizycie w Warszawie!

Pleasant, cosy, quiet and clean

The apartment is very close to Wisla river and 20 min walk to the historical centre. There are many parks, quiet bars and cafes. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Almost newly renovated. All needed items like hair dryer, an iron and kitchen are available. I recommend this place. The street is quiet.

What could be improved: There are two things I find embarrassing is that there isn't an easy and direct connection with the staff. A recorded voice answers the telephone. There isn't an option to connect a real person. I wrote mails and needed a fast answer but they replied days after that. Also the first night the neighbor in the next studio came home with a kick on the door and shouting. I wanted to call anyone but who could I connect? Everything was fine. It never happened again but the problem is the absence of possibility for urgent calls and quick replies to the mails.
The second problem is the weak security of the WiFi. The connection is good but I received messages for threats.

What could be improved: W pokoju- sypialni strasznie słychać gołębie w szczególności nad ranem niestety.
Klamka która jest na kod nie działała od umówionej godziny słabo słychac komunikaty z niej co może dla niektórych być bardzo uciążliwe.
