But after spending a few nights there, I get why they emphasize the parking bit. Finding a decent spot to leave your car in Wola can be absolutely brutal, especially around Kasprzaka street where you’ve got all that office development happening. The fact that they actually have dedicated parking spaces feels like winning the lottery in Warsaw. The building itself sits right in the thick of things on Kasprzaka 29, and while it might not look like much from the outside (honestly, it’s pretty standard modern Warsaw architecture), the apartments inside are surprisingly well put together for what you’re paying.

The location is actually pretty clever if you think about it – you’re technically in Wola, which some people write off as just business district stuff, but you’re close enough to hop on the metro at Rondo ONZ or even walk to the city center if you don’t mind a 20-minute stroll. I found myself grabbing coffee at this little place around the corner most mornings, and there’s a Żabka literally two minutes away for those late-night snack runs we all pretend we don’t make. The apartments themselves have that clean, functional vibe that works well for business travelers (hence the name, I suppose), but they’re comfortable enough that I didn’t feel like I was staying in some sterile corporate housing. The kitchenette actually has proper equipment – not just a sad mini-fridge and a broken microwave like some places I’ve stayed.

What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night, which is kind of surprising given that you’re surrounded by office buildings and busy streets. I guess all those business types clear out after 6 PM, leaving the area pretty peaceful. The 8-point rating seems about right to me – it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches or Instagram-worthy design, but everything works, it’s clean, the wifi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and honestly, that parking situation alone bumps it up a point in my book. Check-in was straightforward enough, though I’d recommend confirming the exact process beforehand since it’s managed by Noclegi Renters and not a traditional hotel front desk setup. The whole experience felt very… practical, I guess? Like someone actually thought about what travelers need rather than what looks good in photos. If you’re coming to Warsaw for business or just want a solid base that won’t eat your entire budget, this place delivers without any fuss or pretense.

  Great location! Bus stops are all around and you can get to anywhere easily. Downstairs you could find a lot of shops and services.

  Clean apartments. Everything looks brand new. The apartments are situated in a brand-new building with a stunning view of Warsaw's business district. You have the possibility to park your car in the garage, which is a big plus.
  
  What could be improved: There is a construction nearby, and the flat's view is directly on the busy street. It's too noisy and impossible to sit on the balcony. There is no washing machine.

  What could be improved: to reach the apartment and get keys you need to leave your car on the street where parking is forbidden so you start the booking rather stressful. moving around the area is extremely non intuitive so i’ve wasted tens of minutes walking around and trying to figure out what is where. once i finally managed to reach the apartment doors, the lockbox was nearly impossible to be opened. don’t even get me started on the underground parking. my apartment was in C building however to access it i had to use E/F doors underground.
  
  the apartment was cold, despite heating being turned on for like forever. bathroom is a mess, shower was flooding the bathroom and was so annoingly small that i kept changing the temperature of the water with my body, despite being rather skinny. there is also no place to put your stuff in the shower so everything has to be on the ground
  
  oh, and some stupid bird alarm playing from speakers in the apartment kept waking me up everyday – i don’t even know what was that. bonus points for someone trying to enter the apartment at some point.
