Pomimo dobrego położenia cicho i kameralnie (balkon na wewnętrznych cichy dziedziniec. W pobliżu sklepy, apteki, blisko zarówno do Galerii Mokotów (5 minut), metra Wilanowska, jak i terenów zielonych (Park Arkadia). Uberm 8 minut na Lotnisko Chopina, 15 do centrum miasta.
