Look, I’ll be straight with you about Business Suites Arkadia – it’s one of those places that really gets the whole “business traveler who doesn’t want to feel like they’re staying in a sterile box” thing right. The location on Burakowska is honestly pretty smart if you know Warsaw at all. You’re in Wola, which I mean, isn’t the postcard-pretty Old Town, but it’s where actual stuff happens – and you can get to the city center in about fifteen minutes on the metro. The building itself sits in this interesting spot where you’ve got some decent restaurants within walking distance (there’s this little pierogi place around the corner that locals actually go to), and you’re close enough to the business district that your Uber rides won’t kill your expense account.

What I really appreciated about staying here was how they’ve managed to make a 3-star place feel more upscale than it has any right to. The suites – and they actually are proper suites, not just hotel rooms with a sitting area shoved in – have this clean, modern vibe without being cold. You know what surprised me? The kitchenette actually works. Like, really works, not just a mini-fridge and a sad coffee maker. I ended up making breakfast a couple times because honestly, the grocery store down the street has better coffee than most hotel restaurants anyway. The Wi-Fi is solid (I was doing video calls without issues), and the beds are that perfect firmness where you don’t wake up feeling like you slept on concrete or a marshmallow.

Here’s the thing though – and this might actually be a plus depending on what you’re looking for – it’s quiet. Really quiet. The street isn’t super busy, and the building has good soundproofing, so if you’re coming from one of those hotels near the main squares where you hear every tram and drunk tourist, this feels like a sanctuary. Check-in was smooth, parking is available (which, if you’ve tried to park anywhere in central Warsaw, you know is basically a miracle), and the staff actually seems to know the neighborhood well enough to give you real recommendations, not just the tourist trap stuff. The 8.5 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be fancy, but it does what it does really well, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re dealing with the chaos of business travel or just want a solid base for exploring Warsaw without the downtown hotel prices.

  Location, clean
  
  What could be improved: No air conditioner.
  Also no coffee for the coffee machine (there were some leftovers which are not enough even to make 1 coffee).
  Also it was 11:00 checkout ad description on Booking but I got the message that it’s 10:00 and then hosts didn’t respond me anything even in a day when I asked.

  Расположение отличное, рядом магазины, парковка-место входит в аренду, с гаража есть лифт, квартира уютная, очень чисто, есть фен, утюг, телевизор, чайник, посудомойка, стиральная машина, посуда. Очень приятно было, что есть чай и кофе заварной и растворимый. Хозяйке спасибо за заботу. Вид с балкона во внутренний двор, очень понравилось. Спасибо!
