Hotel Description
You know what? I was honestly surprised by the Campanile Warszawa Północ when I stayed there last spring. It’s tucked away in Białołęka, which I’ll admit isn’t exactly the heart of Warsaw’s tourist action, but that actually turned out to be kind of perfect. The location on Modlińska is really quiet – like, genuinely peaceful at night, which you definitely can’t say about hotels closer to the Old Town. I mean, you’re looking at maybe a 20-minute tram ride to get into the center, but the 15 line runs pretty regularly and honestly, after spending days walking around Krakowskie Przedmieście and dealing with all those crowds, coming back to this little pocket of calm was exactly what I needed.
The hotel itself has that clean, no-nonsense Campanile vibe – you know, nothing fancy but everything works properly. My room was on the third floor facing the courtyard, and it was actually bigger than I expected for a 3-star place. The bed was properly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the bathroom had one of those rainfall showerheads that actually had decent water pressure. What really struck me was how quiet it was – I could barely hear any street noise, and the walls seemed pretty solid because I never got woken up by other guests. The breakfast was… well, it’s a standard European hotel breakfast, but they had really good coffee and the scrambled eggs weren’t that weird rubbery stuff you sometimes get. There’s also this little courtyard area where you can sit outside if the weather’s nice, which was perfect for having my morning coffee before heading out.
Here’s the thing about staying in Białołęka – it gives you a completely different perspective on Warsaw. Instead of being surrounded by tourists and overpriced restaurants, you’re in an actual residential neighborhood where people live and work. There’s a decent shopping center (Galeria Północna) about ten minutes away if you need anything, and I discovered this amazing little pierogi place called Bar Mleczny just down the street that locals actually eat at. The staff at the hotel were genuinely helpful too – not just polite, but actually knowledgeable about getting around the city. When I mentioned I wanted to visit the Praga district, the guy at reception drew me a little map showing which tram connections would be fastest. Parking was free and easy, which if you’re driving in Warsaw, you’ll appreciate more than you can imagine. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was doing a longer trip where I wanted a reliable, comfortable base without paying Old Town prices. It’s not glamorous, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want.
Warsaw’s hotels showcase the perfect blend of Polish tradition and modern comfort, with many featuring historical tour services and authentic Polish hospitality.

There was no mention anywhere that hotel parking comes at an extra cost. The fee itself wasn’t high – we paid only 20 PL – Erika from Lithuania – August 7, 2025 (8/10)
Rooms was clean and looks nice
What could be improved: There was no mention anywhere that hotel parking comes at an extra cost. The fee itself wasn’t high – we paid only 20 PLN for two nights – but the very idea of a hotel charging separately for parking feels unreasonable. When we arrived and asked at reception whether parking was paid, the answer was simply “yes,” without any further explanation.
In the evening, we wanted to order drinks at the bar, but the receptionist told us to go and find the bartender “somewhere,” as that would supposedly be faster :)))
The hotel itself is nicely decorated and clean, but the service and unexpected extra charges do not match the standard the hotel is aiming for.Fine location for transit passengers – Vlado from Slovenia – August 1, 2025 (9/10)
Great pizza in the evening and plentiful breakfast in the morning. It’s a dog friendly restaurant so Mikka was with us for both meals.
What could be improved: No such thing.Exceptional – Alberto from Poland – July 17, 2025 (10/10)
Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Clean and very comfortable room. Superr, truly recommend.
Comfortable stay – Leo_lt from Lithuania – July 2, 2025 (10/10)
We had a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers a big parking lot, which was very convenient. Our room was spacious and faced the street, but thanks to well-insulated windows, it remained quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, and we had a good night’s sleep.
Breakfast was tasty—while not very extensive, it offered enough to start the day on a satisfying note.
What could be improved: The only downside was the additional fee for parking, especially given the hotel’s location outside the city center.Wonderful – Lāsma from Latvia – June 30, 2025 (9/10)
The hotel is quite new and well-maintained. We were happy that they welcomed our dog, and we even got a gift bag for her, which she enjoyed very much.
What could be improved: The area around the hotel is not fit for a walk, you can only go around the hotel.Great for an overnight stay! – Silviya from Lithuania – June 28, 2025 (10/10)
– modern facilities
– clean rooms with all you need
– very spacious parking (though not included in price)Very good, if you don't need city centre – Martins from Latvia – June 24, 2025 (10/10)
First thing to note – hotel is not in a central location, but this was absolutely perfect for us as we were travelling with car. There is a parking place for hotel guests. Breakfast was great. There is also a big shop within a walking distance if you don't mind walking for 10-15 mins. Hotel is next to an industrial object, but there was no noise or smoke. So, all in all, this hotel was perfect for our needs and I would definitely consider it again.
Very Good – Agnieszka from Poland – June 13, 2025 (8/10)
Very good value for money. Hotel is new and very clean. Room relatively big as for this level of hotels
Very Good – Kady from Estonia – June 12, 2025 (8/10)
Good location if you're looking for accommodation near the highway. Paid, spacious, fenced private parking area right in front of the building. We arrived around 11 PM, and check-in was quick and easy. Delicious and generous breakfast. Clean and fresh room, almost completely quiet overnight – just a faint beat of party music that stopped around 9:00 in the morning. The music was so subtle you really had to listen for it to notice. So unless you have exceptionally sensitive hearing, it’s unlikely to disturb you.
What could be improved: When we arrived at the hotel reception, we weren't sure if we were in the right place, as the music was loud and there were many people dressed up for a party. There had been no mention of any event beforehand, and when we asked about it at the front desk in the morning, they couldn’t give us any information. All good – Ieva from Lithuania – June 11, 2025 (9/10)
Everything was great, we had a short stay after a flight, checked in late, breakfast was not bad, but not impressive either. The staff was nice.
