Hotel Description
You know what surprised me about Casa Bonita Warsaw? It’s actually tucked away in this residential part of Mokotów that feels completely removed from the tourist chaos, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. I mean, when you first pull up to 8 Stanisława Kierbedzia, you might wonder if your GPS got confused – it’s in this quiet apartment building that honestly looks pretty ordinary from the outside. But that’s kind of the charm, really. You’re staying where actual Varsovians live, not in some sterile hotel district where every other building is a souvenir shop.
The apartment itself (it’s number 48, by the way – good luck finding the buzzer system on your first try) feels like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place who actually has good taste. Everything’s clean and thoughtfully put together without being fussy about it. The kitchen’s properly equipped too, which I appreciated since eating out every meal in Warsaw gets expensive fast. What really won me over was the morning light – these big windows face east, so you get this gorgeous natural wake-up call that beats any alarm clock. The Wi-Fi’s solid, parking’s… well, it’s Warsaw, so good luck with that, but there’s street parking if you’re patient. I’d honestly recommend just using public transport anyway – you’re close enough to the metro that it’s not a hassle.
Here’s the thing about this location that the booking sites don’t really capture: you’re in prime position to explore Mokotów like a local, but also weirdly well-connected to everywhere else. That little café on the corner – I think it’s called Caffeine? – makes better coffee than half the places in the Old Town, and there’s this fantastic pierogi spot about a ten-minute walk away that I stumbled onto purely by accident. The neighborhood gets quiet at night (sometimes almost too quiet if you’re used to city noise), but during the day there’s this nice buzz of people actually living their lives. It’s refreshing, honestly. The 8.3 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be the Ritz, but it nails what it is: a comfortable, authentic base for exploring Warsaw without the tourist markup. Just don’t expect concierge service or daily housekeeping – you’re basically renting someone’s really nice apartment, which I actually preferred. Oh, and pack light if possible – those European apartment elevators are tiny, and I’m pretty sure ours broke down at least twice during my stay.
Hotels in Warsaw offer visitors the opportunity to stay in the heart of this resilient metropolis, with easy access to museums, theaters, and historical landmarks.

Reviews
A good stay in Warsaw – András from Hungary – April 26, 2025 (8/10)
Good location, spacy apartment, parking is very convenient. Fairly furnished.
What could be improved: Compared to the pictures, the overall experince the apartment is a bit teared down. The barhroom was not cleaned well. The couch in the second bedroom was also overused. Foe the price a cleaning painting would be nevessary. Also the garden deseves a bit of tidy up.We rested, slept, made dinner. All right. – Ilze from Latvia – July 19, 2023 (8/10)
Easy access, good location. All amenities in the apartment.
What could be improved: The apartment needs cosmetic repairs.Perfect for 3-4 people who are looking for peaceful space – Illia from Ukraine – May 20, 2023 (9/10)
Calm and cozy, spacious. Great for long stays, there is everything you’d need
What could be improved: Would be perfect with the tiny renovation of the walls.Very Good – Ipcis from Latvia – April 15, 2023 (8/10)
big, clean flat with 2 bedrooms, inside infant bed. first floor, underground parking aviable, but extra price. all kitchen equipment in good condition. nice playground. wery soft beds, maybe even too soft
What could be improved: empty drawers was not attached to the wall, so it is not safe for toddlers. Hard to find any cartoon channel at tv 🙂Good, comfortable stay, would stay again – Nikki from Australia – December 20, 2023 (7/10)
Comfortable apartment. Kitchen facilities were good but could have used a toaster. Heating worked well. Comfortable to stay in and plenty of room for our family of 5. Location was good – easy to catch a bus into the Old Town to look around. Lidl supermarket within 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Nice place , I would recommend to others – Jola from United States – August 31, 2023 (7/10)
A few places within walking distance
What could be improved: Property is on good condition
But the shower leaks badly
The shower hand held wand sprays waterVery Good – Renata from Lithuania – July 30, 2023 (8/10)
The location is good, new building.
What could be improved: Need a renovation. At least repaint the walls and cut the grass in the inner yard. The shower was not clean, no huks for the towels. Was the smell in the apartament.Very Good – Dovydas from Lithuania – September 14, 2022 (8/10)
Nice backyard, pretty new building, easy way to take key for the apartment with the locker on the door.
What could be improved: Bad smell in kitchen, found wet towels probably left from last stay, air conditionair worked not that perfect and outside terrace not taken care.Overall I think it's good, it just needs to be fixed. – Austė from Lithuania – December 15, 2024 (7/10)
Underground parking (very convenient), modern closed inner yard, kids playground, baby high chair. Really liked that apartment was spacious.
What could be improved: Moldy bath and filter, dirty walls all over apartment, very very very tired dishwasher, stained armchair. The only knife in the kitchen didn't cut anything. These were just a few of the most noticeable defects. The apartment looked very shabby compared to the outside of the house and the yard.Convenient stay in a residential area – Marianna from United States – June 8, 2025 (10/10)
The apartment is in a nice modern gated residential complex. Secure entrance, first floor, parking underground with an elevator. A little grocery store Zabka nearby. Bus stops are very close. A little patio adds some charm.
