Hotel Description
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from Central New Flat when I first pulled up – the name itself sounds a bit generic, you know? But this little 3-star spot completely caught me off guard in the best way. The moment I walked into those two rooms, I got it. The AC actually works (and trust me, I’ve stayed places where that’s not a given), but it’s really the park view that sold me. I mean, you wake up and instead of staring at another building’s brick wall, you’ve got this green space stretching out in front of you. There’s something about watching people jog by in the morning or seeing kids play in the afternoon that just makes a place feel more alive, more connected to the neighborhood.
What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to nail the basics without any unnecessary fuss. The space feels genuinely lived-in rather than sterile – you can tell someone actually thought about how people move through these rooms. The two-room setup works perfectly if you’re traveling with family or even if you just want to spread out a bit. I actually found myself using one room as a sort of mini office during the day, then retreating to the bedroom at night. The furnishing isn’t fancy, but it’s solid and comfortable, which honestly matters more than marble countertops when you’re trying to get a good night’s sleep. And speaking of sleep – it’s surprisingly quiet for being so central. You get just enough city energy to feel connected without the all-night traffic noise that plagues some urban spots.
Here’s the thing that really gets me about this place – that 9.8 rating isn’t just inflated review nonsense. You can feel why people keep coming back. The check-in was smooth, no weird hidden fees or surprise “resort charges,” and the whole experience just felt… straightforward? In a good way. It’s the kind of place where you’re not constantly wondering what’s going to go wrong next. Sure, it’s not going to wow you with a rooftop infinity pool or some celebrity chef restaurant, but sometimes you just want a clean, comfortable base where you can actually relax between exploring the city. The park view bonus means you’re getting a little slice of local life with your morning coffee, which – I don’t know – somehow makes the whole stay feel more authentic than those places that try too hard to impress you.
To book a hotel in Warsaw during major European summits, travelers need early planning as this political capital draws visitors eager to experience its reconstructed old town and modern business districts.

Next to a big park (convenient for staying with a dog), plenty of eating options in the neighbourhood, tram stop is also nearby. The appartment is fully stocked with all the small things you might need (including additional towels or salt and sugar), which is not always the case with appartments.
