Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Central Station Apartments on Emilii Plater street, you immediately get that “I’m in the thick of things” feeling that makes Warsaw so exciting. This four-star property sits right in Śródmieście — honestly, you can’t get more central than this without camping in the Palace of Culture lobby. The building itself has that sleek, modern vibe that works perfectly with the bustling energy of the surrounding business district.
Location That Actually Matters
Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re literally steps from Warszawa Centralna station, which means getting anywhere in the city or beyond is ridiculously easy. The location score of 9.6 isn’t just marketing fluff; couples especially seem to get it, rating the area 9.5 for romantic getaways. You can walk to the Old Town in about fifteen minutes, hit the trendy Powiśle district for dinner, or catch a train to Krakow without breaking a sweat. Plus, there’s something energizing about being surrounded by Warsaw’s financial heart — the city just pulses differently here.
The Apartment Experience
These aren’t your typical hotel room — each apartment actually feels like a proper temporary home. The spaces are thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings that don’t scream “rental property,” and honestly, the kitchen setup is way better than what you’d expect. You’ve got everything you need to whip up breakfast or store those Polish pierogi you’ll inevitably buy too many of. The windows offer decent views of the bustling street life below, which is either energizing or overwhelming depending on your mood.
Practical Comforts
What really works here is how they’ve balanced the apartment-style independence with hotel-level service. The Wi-Fi is solid, crucial when you’re trying to navigate Warsaw’s tram system, and the building feels secure without being stuffy. The staff knows the neighborhood inside and out — they’ll point you toward the best milk bars or tell you which entrance to use for the nearby shopping centers. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable during those surprisingly warm Polish summers, and the overall maintenance is spot-on.
Why Guests Love It
The 8.1 rating tells the real story here — this place delivers on its promises without trying to be something it’s not. Business travelers appreciate being able to walk to meetings in the financial district, while tourists love having the entire city at their doorstep. There’s something satisfying about staying somewhere that locals actually respect rather than just tolerate. You’re not stuck in some tourist bubble; you’re living in Warsaw’s beating heart, with all the convenience and energy that brings. For the price point and location, it’s honestly hard to find anything that competes. The parking options nearby make it even more practical for those arriving by car.

Guest Reviews
A cozy stay close to the central station with most utilities and a reasonable price.
The property is really cozy, close to the central station (Warszawa Centralna) and within a reasonable price range. There's no breakfast option but they do have a fridge and all other necessities if you want to prepare something yourself. You have the kitchen for yourself (you don't need to share it with other guests) and are free to use it. You also get a kettle and some tea bags, the tap water is good, so bringing a water bottle is a good idea.
What could be improved: One of the windows was missing the blinds but it's a minor inconvenience.
Nice experience overall
A good apartment for a short stay. Great location - close to the central train station where the airport bus arrives.
What could be improved: The only thing that felt a bit odd to me personally was that the apartment is on the ground floor, but you can’t fully cover the windows with curtains. In other words, anyone could see into the apartment while I was there. Especially when the lights were on, I felt completely exposed.
Even though the apartment is in a quiet courtyard, I still didn’t feel 100% comfortable with that
An ideal apartment for an overnight or weekend stay in Warsaw.
Great location near the central station and surrounded by many restaurants and cafes. Apartment was clean with a new bathroom, in a quiet area off the main street. Easy to contact the owners when we had difficulties in using the door code.
What could be improved: A small coffee table by the sofa, and a place to hang your coats in the apartment would be nice. The bathroom needed an extractor fan. These are really minor things though.
Very clean great area to the city for train travel
Proximity to the city centre
What could be improved: Nothing
Amazing stay
Second time here. Very convenient location close to university, many bars and restaurants around but quiet area
What could be improved: Some glasses were dirty from previous guests, and more than three coffee capsules could be provided for two people and a three nights stay
Convienent and central location but still quiet, accommodating host
Very central to the station and public links, quiet
What could be improved: Confusing entryway

Wonderful
The location is just perfect. Trams, buses, metro and Warszawa Centralna Railway Station are all within walking distance. There are also dining places and shopping options nearby. Good value for your money.
Very Good
Great location
Excellent location and excellent host. Apartment was as photos and with good amenities
There is nothing that I didn’t like. Host accepted my early check in, when arrived the temperature at the apartment was great. She was there for anything I needed and communications was absolutely perfect.
