You know what caught me off guard about this place? The moment I walked in, it actually felt like someone’s carefully curated apartment rather than your typical sterile hotel setup. I mean, the name’s a bit of a mouthful – “Charming air-conditioned studio 950 m from Central Station” – but honestly, they nailed the distance measurement because that walk really is just about perfect. Close enough that you’re not dragging luggage forever, but far enough that you escape all that train station chaos and tourist madness.

The layout here is surprisingly thoughtful – and I’ve stayed in plenty of cramped European “studios” where the bed basically IS the living room. This one actually delivers on having separate spaces, which makes such a difference when you’re staying more than just a night or two. The bedroom feels properly private, and the living area has this lived-in comfort that makes you want to grab a coffee and actually hang out instead of just crashing. The air conditioning works well too (no small thing during those sticky summer months), though the unit’s a bit noisy if you’re a light sleeper – I just ran it before bed then switched it off overnight.

What really sells this place is the neighborhood feel you get stepping outside. There’s this little bakery about two blocks over that locals actually use – not some tourist trap – and you’ll find yourself walking past the same dog walkers and morning joggers after a couple days. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you factor in that the host clearly pays attention to details most places overlook. Fresh towels that actually smell clean, decent water pressure, and – this might sound small but it matters – proper hangers in the closet instead of those weird security ones you can’t remove. I did notice the street can get a bit lively on weekend evenings, nothing crazy but you’ll hear some conversation and laughter drifting up. Personally, I found it kind of charming, that genuine neighborhood energy, but if you need absolute silence it’s worth packing earplugs just in case.

  I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment located right in the city center. The convenience of being close to public transport, cafes, restaurants, and a gym made my visit even more enjoyable.   Dobrze wyposażony pokój, łazienka posiada pralkę, łóżko jest wygodne. W pokoju jest bardzo gorąco i musieliśmy je często wietrzyć, szczególnie przed spaniem. Pokój jest świeżo odnowiony ale sam budynek jest stary i mieliśmy problem z wodą, przez pół dnia nie było do niej dostępu. Mieliśmy też pecha z windą ponieważ była awaria i byliśmy w windzie zamknięci przez pół godziny zanim awaria została naprawiona.

  Комфортна, затишна, тепла квартира. Розташування зручне, в самому центрі. Поруч є супермаркети, зупинки транспорту, центральний вокзал. До Східного вокзалу 20 хвилин 7-м трамваєм. До аеропорту теж хвилин 20 автобусом

  La ubicación es excelente, a una distancia caminable (20-30 min) de la ciudad vieja. Muy bien conectado con las principales líneas de tram, metro y bus. Además, se puede llegar caminando desde la estación central de tren. Una zona con muchas opciones para comer, hacer compras (en la estación hay un centro comercial) y varios supermercados cerca. De hecho, al lado hay un Carrefour Express. Muy limpio, luminoso, con todos los utensilios para cocinar, hasta un wifi muy rápido y smart TV con servicio de cable.
