The location is pretty brilliant if you know Stare Miasto at all. Anielewicza puts you right in the sweet spot where you’re close enough to walk to all the main squares and tourist bits, but you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of people rolling suitcases over cobblestones at 6 AM (trust me, that gets old fast). The apartments themselves have this lovely lived-in quality – the kind of place where someone clearly thought about how you’d actually use the space. The kitchen isn’t just there to look pretty; it’s got proper counter space and decent lighting, which matters when you’re trying to make coffee before your brain turns on. And the whole vibe is sort of effortlessly chic without being intimidating – think clean lines and good lighting, but with enough personality that it doesn’t feel sterile.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets in the evenings. Old Town can be pretty lively (okay, sometimes downright rowdy), but this particular street seems to catch less of the late-night foot traffic. The building itself has that solid, old-world construction that actually keeps sound out – none of that paper-thin wall nonsense you get in some newer places. Actually, the whole setup feels like staying in a friend’s apartment, if your friend happened to have really good taste and kept everything impeccably clean. The details are what sell it though – proper blackout options for the windows, enough outlets where you actually need them, and honestly just thoughtful touches throughout that make you think someone who travels a lot designed this space. It’s the kind of place where you settle in after one night instead of spending your whole trip figuring out how everything works.
