The 4-star rating seems about right – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works well and the apartments are actually spacious. I was surprised by how quiet it gets at night, considering you’re still in the city. The soundproofing is decent, though you might catch some early morning tram sounds if you’re a super light sleeper.

What I really appreciated was how the whole setup just makes sense for longer stays. The kitchenettes are properly equipped – not just some sad mini-fridge and a broken coffee maker situation. The Ursynow district itself is pretty well connected – you’ve got the metro line that’ll get you to the center in about 20 minutes, and the Natolin station isn’t too far if you’re planning day trips south of the city.
