Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Chill Apartments Central Park” in Warsaw, I was expecting something way more touristy than what I actually found. The place sits on Pieskowa Skala in Ursynów, which is this residential district that most visitors completely skip over, but honestly? That’s exactly why it works. You’re about 20 minutes south of the Old Town by metro (Ursynów Centrum station is your friend), but the trade-off is you get to stay in an actual neighborhood where people live their daily lives. I mean, there’s a Żabka convenience store right around the corner, and you know what – sometimes that’s more valuable than being next to another overpriced tourist restaurant.

The apartments themselves have this clean, minimalist thing going on that actually feels intentional rather than cheap. Four stars seems about right – it’s not luxury, but everything works and the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes like some places I’ve stayed. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, especially compared to the chaos of Śródmieście. The windows are decent quality, so even though you’re near Puławska street (which can get busy during rush hour), you’re not lying awake listening to trams and drunk tourists. The kitchenettes are properly equipped too – I actually cooked a few meals instead of eating out every night, which my wallet definitely appreciated. Check-in was surprisingly smooth, though they do prefer if you let them know your arrival time in advance.

Here’s the thing about staying in Ursynów that guidebooks won’t tell you – it’s got this weird charm once you settle in. There’s Kabaty Forest just a short bus ride away if you need to escape the city completely, and the local cafes along Dereniowa street serve coffee that’s honestly better than half the places in the tourist zones. The 7.9 rating makes sense to me because it’s not perfect – the decor is a bit bland, and you’ll definitely need to plan your transportation into the center – but for the price point and the genuine local experience, it delivers. Plus, if you’re here during summer, the nearby parks are actually pretty lovely for morning runs. Just don’t expect room service or a concierge desk – this is more like borrowing a friend’s well-maintained apartment than staying at a traditional hotel, which honestly worked perfectly for what I needed.

  Simple and very detailed instructions to arrive. Just follow step by step and you are in.
  Zabka, pizza, kebab, bar, taifood is in 5mins walk, which is great for trawelers. Very comfortable bad in bedroom. Perfect sleeping.
  Most expressive is a morning, when you just wake up, take cope of coffee, look thru the windows and see a lake with ducs. That is amazing. And only 200zl for night.

  We stayed at Chill Apartments Central Park for one night. We took a bus from Warszawa Centralna to a stop near the apartment and walked for about 10 minutes to reach it. We are very grateful for the one-night accommodation with my family. The self-check-in process was straightforward. Its a safe area. The owner provided all instructions through a message. The apartment was clean and small. The only thing we missed was having shampoo in the bathroom. The location is also very close to the airport. We checked out early in the morning and reached the airport within 10 minutes by taxi. Overall, it was a great option for us in terms of price and performance. Thank you very much for hosting us.

  Big and clean room in good location. Aöso the the possibility for underground parking but this was not possible for us because of car roof box.
  
  What could be improved: The finding of right entry door was too tricky, takes 30 minutes for us and finally with help of local residents we found the right place. Suggest to add good map.
