Okay, so Chill Apartments City Link – honestly, the name pretty much nails what this place is about. I’ve stayed here twice now when visiting Warsaw, and it’s become my go-to spot in the Wola district. The location on Skierniewicka is actually perfect if you know Warsaw at all – you’re close enough to the center that you can walk to the Palace of Culture in about 20 minutes, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos. What I really love is that you’re right near the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station, which means you can get anywhere in the city without thinking twice about it. The building itself is one of those converted apartment blocks that Warsaw does so well – you know, modern but not trying too hard to be flashy.

The apartments themselves are… well, they’re proper apartments, not hotel rooms pretending to be apartments. I mean, you’ve got a full kitchen that actually works (the coffee machine is decent, though bring your own beans if you’re picky), and the living spaces feel like someone actually lives there rather than just passes through. The beds are comfortable enough that I don’t wake up feeling like I wrestled with the mattress all night, and honestly, the wifi is better than what I have at home. One thing that surprised me the first time was how quiet it gets at night – Wola isn’t exactly sleepy, but this particular street doesn’t get the late-night foot traffic you’d expect. The only minor thing is that check-in can be a bit… well, it’s not always super smooth if you arrive outside normal hours, so just plan ahead a bit.

What really sold me on this place is the neighborhood vibe. You’re surrounded by actual Warsaw life – there’s this great little pierogi place about three blocks down that locals actually eat at (not just tourists), and the Hala Koszyki food hall is close enough for a proper dinner when you can’t be bothered to cook. The trams run constantly along the main streets, so getting to Old Town or the business district is ridiculously easy. I’ve noticed the area gets busier during the week since there are offices nearby, but weekends have this nice, lived-in feel where you see families walking around and people just going about their day. The 8.2 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it’s solid and reliable, and you get way more space than you’d get in a traditional hotel for the same price. Plus, having that kitchen means you can grab groceries from the Żabka downstairs and actually save some money instead of eating out every meal. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in for a few days and feel like you’re actually experiencing Warsaw rather than just visiting it.

  I Like
  It was a good experience. I think the apartment is suitable for a couple or two people at most. The location is excellent, the compound as a whole is great, and it’s close to all services. There’s also a 24-hour supermarket next to the building and the metro station is nearby.

  The washing machine was broken and the wooden shelves in the bathroom as well as the bathroom door need maintenance.

  The property has a good location. Next to the metro or tram station, so getting to the city is very easy. City center is also reachable by foot. There is a store open 24/7, so it is also easy to get some basic groceries if needed.

  Underground parking is a big plus, close to the city centre, lots of highly rated places to eat in the neighborhood, 24/7 grocery store with plenty of options in the same building

  Has great potential. With a little effort it would be cozy. Just a very small investment to be a like a home.
  
  What could be improved: Accommodation is a real adventure. Finding the parking space too. It took us an hour to settle in. Finding the keys, apartment and parking space is like a survival puzzle. Too many codes. It would be much better if someone met us and showed us around instead of wasting our time solving riddles
  I give a lower rating only because the entrance and parking place are difficult to find.
