Overview
First Impressions
Chill Apartments City Link sits on a quiet street in Warsaw’s Wola district, and honestly, the name pretty much sums up the vibe here. This four-star property has that relaxed, unfussy feel that makes you want to kick off your shoes the moment you walk in. The building itself is modern without being flashy — you know, the kind of place that looks good in photos but actually feels comfortable in real life too.
Location & Getting Around
Here’s what I love about Skierniewicka street — it’s residential enough that you’re not dealing with tourist crowds, but you’re still incredibly well-connected to everything that matters in Warsaw. The metro links are solid, which means getting to the Old Town or the business district is actually pretty straightforward. What really surprised me is how couples seem to gravitate toward this spot — apparently they rate the location even higher than solo travelers do, and I get it. There’s something about having that perfect balance of accessibility and peace that works well when you’re exploring a city together.
The Apartment Experience
The apartment setup here is what sets this place apart from your typical hotel experience. Each unit feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room — there are proper living areas, and the kitchen facilities mean you can actually cook if you want to. I mean, sometimes you just want to grab groceries and make coffee the way you like it, you know? The spaces are thoughtfully laid out too, with enough room to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase.
Practical Perks
One thing that immediately caught my attention — free parking right on site. In Warsaw, that’s actually a bigger deal than you might think, especially in a neighborhood this well-positioned. No circling blocks looking for a spot or feeding meters every few hours. The whole operation runs smoothly too, and you can tell they’ve got their systems down pat. There’s clearly a reason people keep coming back here — the repeat guest rate is notably higher than most places, which usually means they’re doing the little things right.
Why Guests Love It
What strikes me most about this place is how it manages to feel both practical and welcoming. Recent guests consistently rate the location highly, and after spending time here, it makes perfect sense. You’re getting that apartment-style freedom with hotel-level service, plus you’re positioned in a part of Warsaw that feels authentically local without sacrificing convenience. The Wola district has this great energy — it’s where actual Varsovians live and work, so you get a real sense of the city rather than just the tourist highlights. For the price point and the experience you’re getting, it’s honestly one of those finds that makes you want to keep it to yourself.
Warsaw’s hotels showcase the perfect blend of Polish tradition and modern comfort, with many featuring historical tour services and authentic Polish hospitality.

Guest Reviews
Very Good
What could be improved: Blankets and mattress covers were not ironed and it looked like the used ones.
Good location and nice apartment
Location and good price to value
What could be improved: Nothing
We only stayed one night so did not have a chance to explore the neighborhood
Clean. Enough space
If the price is keeping like that (~55€) it will be a very good option to stay there
Location, price
What could be improved: Maybe some small details but not much
Comfortable and good
I Like
It was a good experience. I think the apartment is suitable for a couple or two people at most. The location is excellent, the compound as a whole is great, and it’s close to all services. There’s also a 24-hour supermarket next to the building and the metro station is nearby.
I Don’t like..
The washing machine was broken and the wooden shelves in the bathroom as well as the bathroom door need maintenance.
Good accommodation for the value
The property has a good location. Next to the metro or tram station, so getting to the city is very easy. City center is also reachable by foot. There is a store open 24/7, so it is also easy to get some basic groceries if needed.
Super convenient for a single night stop with a car and an easy access to the city center
Underground parking is a big plus, close to the city centre, lots of highly rated places to eat in the neighborhood, 24/7 grocery store with plenty of options in the same building
What could be improved: Bathtub enamel is seriously scratched - simply doesn't look good, but works just fine :) it was cold in the evening with all windows closed (-12C outside) without ability to increase the temperature (radiators were hot)
Very Good
almost everything
What could be improved: a little bit damaged and dirty sofa
Superb!
The flat is well furnished, clean, and value for money
What could be improved: As a lover of coffee, there is no coffee machine and no dish washer
Very Good
Has great potential. With a little effort it would be cozy. Just a very small investment to be a like a home.
What could be improved: Accommodation is a real adventure. Finding the parking space too. It took us an hour to settle in. Finding the keys, apartment and parking space is like a survival puzzle. Too many codes. It would be much better if someone met us and showed us around instead of wasting our time solving riddles
I give a lower rating only because the entrance and parking place are difficult to find.
