So I stumbled across Chłodna 48 by NYX Apart during a trip to Warsaw, and honestly? It’s one of those finds that makes you feel like you’ve got some insider knowledge. The building sits right on Chłodna Street – which, if you know anything about Warsaw, puts you in this sweet spot between the financial district and the historical core. You’re literally a ten-minute walk from the Palace of Culture and Science, but without all the tourist chaos right outside your window.

The place has this modern apartment-hotel vibe that actually works – I mean, sometimes these hybrid concepts feel like they can’t decide what they want to be, but NYX Apart nailed it. The units feel like proper apartments (full kitchens, decent living spaces) but with hotel-level service when you need it. What really got me was the attention to detail in the common areas – there’s this lobby space that doesn’t try too hard to be Instagram-worthy but somehow ends up being exactly that. The staff genuinely seems to know the neighborhood, too. When I asked about good pierogi nearby, the front desk guy didn’t just point me toward some tourist trap – he sent me to this little spot on Żelazna that locals actually frequent.

You know what’s refreshing? The noise levels are surprisingly manageable for being on a main street. I was expecting typical city sounds all night, but the windows do their job well. The 8.4 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Warsaw, but everything just works properly. Check-in was smooth (they actually had my room ready early), the WiFi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and the beds are comfortable without being so soft you sink into oblivion. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving – street parking is hit or miss, but there are a few paid lots within walking distance. Honestly, though, you’re better off using the excellent public transport from here. The metro and tram connections mean you can get pretty much anywhere in the city without much hassle. It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay because it feels more like having a temporary apartment in Warsaw than just another hotel room.

  Strasznie zniszczony apartament (mieszkanie nr. 50), zaniedbany, dużo różnych usterek nie zrobionych od dawna, na balkonie rosną wysokie trawy, widać brak gospodarza. Przekazanie kluczy, gdyby nie ochroniarz i informacje od Niego to pewnie znalezienie skrytek przyczepionych do stojaka na rowery byłoby wyzwaniem.

  Gera vieta, nauji modernūs ir erdvūs apartamentai. Labai gražus vaizdas pro langus. Patogus patekimas, išsami instrukcija, operatyvūs personalo atsakymai į klausimus. Didelis privalumas – du vonios kambariai. Kainos ir kokybės santykis puikus.

  Apartament bardzo wygodny, w cichej dzielnicy. W apartamecie jest wszystko co potrzebne, duży plus za kawę i herbatę oraz wodę w butelkach, a także za kapsułki do prania i do zmywarki, szampon,mydełko… Łóżka bardzo wygodne, a pokoje bardzo przestronne. Dwie łazienki pozwalały na wygodne korzystanie przy większej liczbie osób. Ćzyściutkie i śnieżnobiałe ręczniki i pościel. My napewno jeszcze wrócimy. A te małe minusiki to nic na ilość plusów, więc polecamy 🙂

  Gute Kommunikation seitens des Vermieters, man bekam alle Infos zum Check In mit Bildern.
  Toller Ausblick aus der 7. Etage.
  Zur nächsten Straßenbahn Haltestelle ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, von da kam man problemlos überall hin.
  2 Badezimmer vorhanden, war für uns sehr praktisch.
