You know what, I’ve stayed at quite a few places in Warsaw’s city center, and Chmielna 35 honestly surprised me in a good way. The location is pretty much perfect if you want to be in the thick of things – you’re literally a two-minute walk from Nowy Świat, which means all the best cafes, restaurants, and that whole buzzing pedestrian scene is right there. I mean, you can grab breakfast at one of those tiny local bakeries on Chmielna itself, then wander over to the Royal Route without even thinking about it. The apartment itself sits in this classic Warsaw building (you know, the kind that survived everything and has character in every creaky floorboard), and while it’s not fancy – definitely more practical than luxurious – it actually works really well for the price point.

The “city view” part is legit, though don’t expect panoramic skyline shots for your Instagram. From the windows, you get a nice slice of Warsaw street life, which I honestly preferred to staring at some boring courtyard. There’s this constant gentle hum of the city that somehow becomes comforting after the first night, and mornings are actually pretty quiet since Chmielna isn’t a major thoroughfare. The apartment feels lived-in rather than sterile – the furniture is comfortable enough, kitchen has everything you need (I made coffee every morning and even cooked a simple dinner one night), and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for my work calls. Check-in was smooth with Noclegi Renters, though you’ll want to coordinate timing since it’s not a traditional hotel front desk situation.

Here’s the thing about this place – it’s not going to blow you away with amenities or make you feel like royalty, but it nails the essentials and puts you exactly where you want to be in Warsaw. Walking to the Old Town takes maybe fifteen minutes through some really lovely streets, the Palace of Culture is practically next door (love it or hate it, it’s impressive up close), and you’re surrounded by the kind of neighborhood spots that make you feel like you’re actually experiencing the city rather than just visiting it. The 7.3 rating feels about right – it’s solid, dependable, and well-located without being spectacular. I’d definitely stay here again, especially since finding decent accommodation in Śródmieście that doesn’t cost a fortune can be tricky during busy seasons. Plus, there’s something nice about having your own little Warsaw apartment for a few days, even if it’s temporary.

  I recently stayed with a family. It is a lovely, small apartment with an incredible view, which is its main selling point. The scenery from the apartment is breathtaking, and I can only imagine how beautiful it must have been a few years ago.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment itself needs an upgrade and a deep cleaning. It shows signs of wear and tear, which detracts from the overall experience.
  
  Upon arrival, we faced a two-hour wait because the instructions for the keys were incorrect. Fortunately, the support service was helpful and extended our stay by two hours on the last day to compensate for the inconvenience.
  
  Additionally, the apartment lacked bare essentials like salt, sugar, and oil, which was disappointing.

  What could be improved: I have been renting this apartment regularly for 6 years.
  1- The insulation is very weak and that's why the house is cold.
  2- Since there is no carpet on the floor, the floor cold as well.
  3- The bed is not comfortable.
  4- The house needs a detailed cleaning.

  Everything during my stay was absolutely fantastic.
  When I first arrived I had informed the company of my estimated time of arrival and they had somebody wait for me near the building. Although I was a little late due to a train delay there was no problem with acquiring my keys and getting a little tour of the room.
  The room was absolutely gorgeous with a window view of the city’s popular area.
  The room had an awesome kitchen with everything you might need, and all worked well from what I used.
  Bathroom was very efficient and modern with towels and stuff like that.
  Bed and couch were quite comfortable and it was pretty simple to turn the couch to a bed.
  Location was amazing, being near transportation but not dangerously near, close to the city center and had any store you might need nearby, cafes, restaurants, bars, theater, super-market and really just everything.
  Also, the building was well kept and the elevator worked perfectly, the A/C was strong and new and there was also a little balcony which was pleasant.
  I’d also like to add that in the bedroom there was a little window seat which was very space-saving and also super comfortable due to the pillows placed on the wall. There was also a very nice mirror in the bathroom which had nice lights on it.
  To summarize, my stay in this apartment was great and I had everything I’d expected, if not more.
  Thank you for such a lovely stay.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing. I’d book this place again if I was to visit Warsaw again.

  Le sedie non sono quattro, ma tre di cui una rotta.
  La caffettiera non è presente in Appartamento.
  Il letto matrimoniale ha le molle sporgenti. Non troverai né una tovaglia per apparecchiare, né del sale o dell’olio per cucinare.
  Per quanto riguarda il bagno, la doccia ha uno scalino eccessivamente troppo alto e si rischia di cadere.
  Non troverai dei detersivi per pulire la casa.

  Lokalizacja, obsługa, netflix, ręczniki, blisko żabka, Carrefour, stacja metra, dworzec, piękny widok z okien, szybki internet, czysta pościel.
  
  What could be improved: Zapach spod zlewu zaskoczył nas od samych drzwi (rura odpływowa ze zlewu do syfonu wypadła i zapach roznosił się po mieszkaniu) uszkodzone rolety w niektórych oknach, mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia i gruntownego sprzątania.
