Stunning Views but Needs Improvement

I recently stayed with a family. It is a lovely, small apartment with an incredible view, which is its main selling point. The scenery from the apartment is breathtaking, and I can only imagine how beautiful it must have been a few years ago.

What could be improved: The apartment itself needs an upgrade and a deep cleaning. It shows signs of wear and tear, which detracts from the overall experience.

Upon arrival, we faced a two-hour wait because the instructions for the keys were incorrect. Fortunately, the support service was helpful and extended our stay by two hours on the last day to compensate for the inconvenience.

Additionally, the apartment lacked bare essentials like salt, sugar, and oil, which was disappointing.

Location was the best- in the heart of Warsaw and walking distance to everything!

What could be improved: Very difficult to obtain keys to the property- took us several phone calls to the property management company and over an hour to finally get in.

The location and the view are perfect.

What could be improved: I have been renting this apartment regularly for 6 years.
1- The insulation is very weak and that's why the house is cold.
2- Since there is no carpet on the floor, the floor cold as well.
3- The bed is not comfortable.
4- The house needs a detailed cleaning.

Lokalizacja, obsługa, netflix, ręczniki, blisko żabka, Carrefour, stacja metra, dworzec, piękny widok z okien, szybki internet, czysta pościel.

What could be improved: Zapach spod zlewu zaskoczył nas od samych drzwi (rura odpływowa ze zlewu do syfonu wypadła i zapach roznosił się po mieszkaniu) uszkodzone rolety w niektórych oknach, mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia i gruntownego sprzątania.

Marvelous

Everything during my stay was absolutely fantastic.
When I first arrived I had informed the company of my estimated time of arrival and they had somebody wait for me near the building. Although I was a little late due to a train delay there was no problem with acquiring my keys and getting a little tour of the room.
The room was absolutely gorgeous with a window view of the city’s popular area.
The room had an awesome kitchen with everything you might need, and all worked well from what I used.
Bathroom was very efficient and modern with towels and stuff like that.
Bed and couch were quite comfortable and it was pretty simple to turn the couch to a bed.
Location was amazing, being near transportation but not dangerously near, close to the city center and had any store you might need nearby, cafes, restaurants, bars, theater, super-market and really just everything.
Also, the building was well kept and the elevator worked perfectly, the A/C was strong and new and there was also a little balcony which was pleasant.
I’d also like to add that in the bedroom there was a little window seat which was very space-saving and also super comfortable due to the pillows placed on the wall. There was also a very nice mirror in the bathroom which had nice lights on it.
To summarize, my stay in this apartment was great and I had everything I’d expected, if not more.

What could be improved: Nothing. I’d book this place again if I was to visit Warsaw again.
