Hotel Description

You know what, I was honestly a bit skeptical when I first saw the full name of this place – CHRONOS APARTAMENTY with Parking and Air Conditioning in Warsaw Wola by Renters Prestige – I mean, they really went all out trying to fit every selling point into the title, didn’t they? But after staying here for a week last month, I actually get why they did that. The parking situation in Wola can be absolutely brutal, especially around Solidarności where you’ve got all that business district traffic, so having a guaranteed spot is genuinely worth advertising. The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious for Warsaw standards, and honestly, the AC was a lifesaver during those weird late-September heat waves we’ve been getting. What struck me most was how quiet it stays despite being right on one of the main arteries – I was expecting constant traffic noise, but the windows must be pretty decent because I barely heard anything after 10 PM.

The location is actually pretty clever if you know Warsaw at all. You’re technically in Wola, which some people write off as just business district boring, but you’re close enough to walk to the interesting parts without being stuck in the tourist chaos of Old Town. There’s this great little Vietnamese place about three blocks down that locals go to – I stumbled across it completely by accident and ended up eating there like four times. The nearest metro stop is maybe a 7-minute walk, which isn’t bad, and you can get pretty much anywhere in the city without too much hassle. I did notice the area gets pretty dead on weekends since it’s mostly office buildings around there, but that also means you can actually move around without fighting crowds.

What really sold me on the place was the little details that you don’t think about until you need them. The kitchen actually has decent knives – not those useless dull things most rental places stick you with. The shower has proper water pressure, which is honestly hit or miss in older Warsaw buildings. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too; none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby situation since it’s all handled through the management company. I mean, it’s not the most charming place you’ll ever stay – the decor is pretty standard modern apartment stuff, all grays and whites – but everything works properly and it feels clean without that overly sanitized hotel smell. The 9.4 rating makes sense to me; it’s the kind of place that just does what it’s supposed to do without any drama, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to actually experience a city rather than spend all your time dealing with accommodation problems.

Reviews

  • Overall, a pleasant 15-day stay. I recommend it! – Bogdan from Romania – June 19, 2025 (8/10)

Clean and modern small apartment, fully equipped with everything you need.
    Pleasant terrace for the summer.
Underground parking available for the car.

What could be improved: Unfortunately, the building was under construction, which slightly disturbed the peace and quiet.
There was a small issue with the door code, but it was quickly resolved thanks to the responsive staff.

  • Exceptional – Jana from Czech Republic – April 27, 2025 (10/10)

A great brand new apartment in a perfect location. The place is beautiful, equipped with every appliance you might need, and everything was clean and worked without issues. Right now the building interior is still under construction, but the noise was barely audible in the apartment itself most of the times. The location is perfect – there's no noise from the outside as the balcony faces a playground, tram and bus stops are right in front of the building, taking you to the Old Town within minutes, and the area is filled with many grocery stores, drugstores, restaurants and anything else that might be needed. The apartment itself was comfortable, everything was working easily and the check-in was completely hassle-free. There was an impressive supply of appliances and kitchen tools. The lighting in the apartment was also great, both with the access of natural light and the sufficiently bright LED lighting everywhere inside too. Wi-Fi was spotless for the entirety of my stay. Overall an excellent apartment that I highly recommend.

What could be improved: I had to buy most of the supplies myself (salt and any other condiments and spices, dishwasher capsules, which I got only 2 for my 2-week stay, laundry capsules and other drugstore products, etc.) I didn't mind, it's something that you always have to count on, this apartment was just a little less supplied on that front than I expected. It might be because of how new it is. It's just something to go above and beyond, the apartment was excellent regardless.

  • Cozy apartment in a new building with parking – Dmitriy from Russia – May 3, 2025 (7/10)

There’s a dedicated parking spot in the underground garage, which is a big plus.
The apartment has everything you might need — a kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Everything is new and staying here is overall very comfortable.

Before check-in, I received a detailed message with instructions on how to access the apartment and park the car including a video guide. That was genuinely helpful, thank you for that!

What could be improved: However, a week before my arrival I noticed that €20 more had been charged to my card than what was shown on the Booking. I messaged the host several times trying to clarify this, but no one responded for a few days, which was quite strange.

Eventually, I was told that the extra charge was a final cleaning fee and that it was supposedly mentioned during booking. I double checked and couldn’t find any mention of this.
The Booking usually shows the full final price including all fees and city taxes, and I’ve never encountered hidden charges like this in any other city throughout my travels. But here, they just added €20 on top of the Booking price without clear communication.

When I tried to continue the conversation and clarify things, the host just copy-pasted their original message and stopped responding altogether.

In the end, I really wanted to give this place a 10/10 — it’s genuinely a nice, cozy, and modern apartment. But I just can’t because of the hidden cleaning fee, the delayed communication, and the dismissive attitude when I raised my concern.
