Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Warsaw over the years, and this apartment on Elektoralna really hits that sweet spot between location and comfort. You know what I mean – it’s not trying to be some fancy hotel, but honestly? That’s exactly why it works. The building itself has that classic Warsaw character (you’ll know it when you see the entrance), and once you’re inside, everything feels surprisingly modern and well-thought-out. The apartment is genuinely spacious – I mean, you can actually spread out your stuff without playing Tetris with your luggage, which is more than I can say for most city center places. The kitchen is properly equipped too, not just some sad mini-fridge situation, so if you’re like me and get tired of restaurant food after a few days, you can actually cook something decent.

What really sold me on this place though is the location – and I don’t just mean it’s “convenient” (hate that word). You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Palace of Culture, which sounds touristy but actually means you’re right in the thick of everything that matters. There’s this great little bakery just around the corner on Chłodna that locals actually go to, not some tourist trap, and you’ll find yourself grabbing coffee there most mornings. The tram connections are fantastic – honestly, you can get anywhere in the city without much fuss, and if you’re planning to explore the Old Town (which, let’s be real, you probably are), it’s just a pleasant walk across the river or a quick ride. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’ve got a car, but that’s Warsaw for you – I’d honestly just skip the car rental and use public transport.

The only thing I’d mention – and this isn’t really a complaint, more of a heads up – is that you’re in the city center, so there’s going to be some street noise, especially on weekend nights. It’s not terrible, but if you’re someone who needs absolute silence to sleep, maybe pack some earplugs. The windows are decent though, and once you close them, it’s totally manageable. Check-in was smooth (they actually respond to messages quickly, which is refreshing), and the whole place just feels like someone actually cares about maintaining it properly. You know how some rental apartments feel like nobody’s lived there in months? This isn’t that – everything works, it’s clean without being sterile, and there are those little touches that make it feel more like staying at a friend’s place than some corporate housing situation. For the price point and that 8.2 rating, I get it – it’s not perfect, but it’s genuinely good, and in Warsaw’s city center, that’s actually pretty impressive.

  The area is great. We should know; we lived there for 2 years 🙂
  Food and restaurants are good value, especially at Hala Mirowska. Restauracja ukraińska U Sióstr is is a Ukrainian restaurant where 2 people can eat for about £10.
  
  What could be improved: The cost of staying in Warsaw is more expensive. But it is the same in the UK.

  Very nice flat in a great location (centrally located, close to public transport but still quiet). Newly renovated (except for the floor) and furnished. Very spacious kitchen with a lot of equipment. Comfortable bathroom. Big beds. Easy to find place to park close to the building (however it is paid). I would stay there again.
  
  What could be improved: It would be nice to have some curtains/ blinds in the kitchen. Good knives and extra trash bags would be a plus. Box for the keys should be bigger – you need to spend a lot of time to be able to squeeze the keys in it.

  The location and quick email response.
  
  What could be improved: The property gets really hot, we stayed in the summer. The shower blocks and causes water to overflow after a few days of use. Not the best for long stays as it had supplies for one to two nights.
  
  There were problems with the payments which meant I had to make a bank transfer (didn't have a problem with other bookings for my stay).

  After complicated attempts to comunicate with several reprasentatives of the owner of the apartment ,and no result, I bought some new dishes and items that were either missing or in bad condition.
  
  
  The apartment is modern and is located in a lovely area of Warsaw but I had to spend much time cleaning and buying new equipment.

  Apartament przestronny, dość cichy, na 4-tym piętrze bez windy. Wygodna łazienka z dużym prysznicem. Wyposażenie wystarczające na kilkudniowy pobyt. W okolicy nie było problemu z parkowaniem, poza tym do metra i autobusów również jest niedaleko.

  Idealna lokalizacja – tuż obok Ogrodu Saskiego, blisko na Starówkę oraz do centrum (Pałac Kultury, itd.), do tego bardzo cicha okolica. Bardzo dobrze działający Internet. Standard mieszkania może nie jest najwyższy ale zdecydowanie stosunek cena/jakość jest na bardzo wysokim poziomie.
