Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw “City Center Apartments” I was expecting some generic corporate housing situation, but this place actually surprised me. The location is what really sells it, and I mean that in the best way possible. You’re literally 250 meters from the metro station (I timed it – takes about three minutes walking at a normal pace), which means you can basically get anywhere in the city without dealing with traffic or expensive taxi rides. The Old Town is right there too, close enough that you’ll probably find yourself wandering over for dinner most nights just because you can.
The apartments themselves have this lived-in quality that I really appreciated – not fancy by any means, but everything works and there’s actual character to the spaces. You know what I mean? Like, the kitchen has proper counter space where you can actually spread out if you want to grab groceries and cook something, and the windows are big enough that you get decent light during the day. The building sits on a side street that’s surprisingly quiet considering how central you are – I was worried about noise since it’s so close to everything, but honestly I slept fine most nights. Only real downside is parking, which is pretty much nonexistent around here (though honestly, with the metro that close, you probably don’t need a car anyway).
What really won me over was how the whole area feels once you settle in for a few days. There’s this little bakery about two blocks away that opens early – perfect for grabbing coffee before the tourist crowds hit the Old Town. And the neighborhood has that authentic feel where you’ll see the same locals doing their shopping, kids heading to school, that kind of thing. It’s not just a tourist bubble, which I always appreciate. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you spend some time here – it’s not luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. Plus the value is solid for what you’re getting, especially when you factor in how much you’ll save on transportation costs. If you’re the type who wants to actually experience the city rather than just stay in some sterile hotel room, this place gives you a real base to work from.
