This little 3-star gem absolutely punches above its weight, and I mean that in the best way possible. The moment you step inside, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about this place. It’s got that lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake, you know what I mean?

The 50 square meters might sound compact on paper, but whoever designed these spaces really knew what they were doing. There’s something about the layout that just… works. I found myself spreading out my stuff without feeling cramped, which is honestly rare in city hotels these days. The windows let in this great natural light – actually makes you want to hang out in the room instead of just crashing there at night. And speaking of night, it’s surprisingly quiet considering you’re right in the thick of things. I was expecting typical city noise, but whatever soundproofing they’ve got going on really does the trick.

What really gets me about this place is how it feels authentic without trying too hard. The staff remembers your name after day two (not because they have some corporate training manual, but because they genuinely seem to care), and they’ll give you the kind of local tips you’d get from a friend who lives here. I mean, a 9.7 rating doesn’t happen by accident – that’s the kind of score you earn when guests actually want to come back. The whole vibe is relaxed but professional, if that makes sense. You’re not getting marble lobbies or over-the-top amenities, but everything that’s there works perfectly and feels thoughtfully chosen.   The rest in this apartment was just wonderful! We were completely satisfied with all the living conditions. The interior of the apartment is stylish and cozy, everything is thought out to the smallest detail for the comfort of guests. You really feel at home here. I thank the owner for his love for his premises and the people who live in them. Definitely recommend!

  The apartment has everything you need for a short or even weeks long stay. We stayed for a week. Bed was comfortable, walk-in closet has plenty of space, kitchen equipped with almost everything, WiFi good speed, AC in both living room and bedroom. Host provided good amount of household essentials. Place is located right in the city center, plenty of restaurants nearby, small grocery store (Zabka) in the same building. Closest metro station (Rondo ONZ) is 10 minute walk and Central railroad station about 15 mins.

  Квартира была отличной! Новый ремонт, чистота! Хозяин всегда на связи. Не смогли найти дополнительную простынь, так хозяин прислал представителя клининговой компании и тот показал, где что находится. Заселили в 11 утра.

  Спасибо владельцам, очень постарались внести домашний уют в квартиру. Апартаменты в центре города, хорошо обустроена, чисто, удобная кровать, очень большой гардероб, утюг, гладильная доска,есть все необходимое, если ехать на долго то будет очень удобно, так как есть стиральная машина, сушильная машина, большой холодильник, все кухонные принадлежности.
  Ещё важно, очень тихий район, нет шума машин и туристов.
