You know what struck me first about this place? The name doesn’t do it justice at all. City View Apartment sounds so generic, but honestly, when you’re standing in that space on Zgoda 13, you get it – the views actually matter here. I mean, a 9.7 rating doesn’t just happen by accident, and after spending time there, I totally understand why guests keep raving about it.

The location is pretty brilliant if you know the area. Zgoda Street isn’t one of those touristy strips where you’re dodging selfie sticks all day, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. I found myself walking to most places – there’s this great little café about two blocks down that locals actually frequent, and the evening crowd gives you a real feel for the neighborhood rhythm. The apartment itself has this lived-in quality that I really appreciate; it’s not trying to be some Instagram-perfect space, but everything works exactly how it should. The kitchen actually has proper cooking equipment (not those tiny hotel-style setups), and honestly, after a few restaurant meals, being able to make decent coffee in the morning felt like luxury.

What really sold me on the place was how quiet it gets at night, despite being in the city center. The building seems solid – none of those paper-thin walls where you hear every conversation from neighboring units. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, no hovering around a lobby waiting for room keys or dealing with uptight desk staff. The whole experience feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying at a hotel, which I suppose is exactly what you want from an apartment rental. The 3-star rating might make you think it’s basic, but that 9.7 guest score tells the real story – sometimes the best places are the ones that just get the fundamentals right without all the flashy extras. If you’re looking for something genuine rather than polished, and you want to actually experience the city instead of being insulated from it, this spot delivers in ways that surprised me.

  Great location – close to shopping, metro, historic sights and train station. Apartment was beautiful with a cool city view. Modernized and well-equipped with kitchen, air con and washing machine. The bed was perfect, we had the best sleep. Pillows and mattress reminded me of a hotel. There is security but the area feels safe. A convenience store underneath and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to our kind host, Kate.

  Very convenient location, in the city center, everything is nearby. Incredible view! The apartment had everything: from an iron to cookies. The landlord is a very nice woman. Despite the fact that we were two hours late for check-in, we were greeted very warmly.

  The check in was super easy, we had contact at all times and she was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived (it was 2am!). Good location at 20 min walk from old town. Super clean and comfortable, big sace, full equiped kitchen.

  Everything was more than great. The apartment is clean, well designed, and contains everything you need. It is in the center. There is a restaurant in the building besides (pianka). There is a pizza place. There are several cafes and zabka (the famous mini market in warsaw) in the same building.
  In the apartment you can find a coffee machine, hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, bath towels, and all the cookware you need for cooking.
  The view was amazing (the apartment is in the 12th floor, and there is an elevator). The bed is very comfortable. In addition, there is netflix 🙂
  Katty was so helpful and lovely, we talked, and she tried to help me in many ways.
  She let me leave my luggages in the appartment for several hours before the check in and after the checkout.
  Certainlt, when I come back to Warsaw Ill stay here again.
