Hotel Description
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from City View Studio Chmielna when I first walked up – I mean, it’s a 3-star place tucked into one of Warsaw’s busiest shopping streets. But you know what? Sometimes the best surprises come in unassuming packages, and this little studio completely won me over.
The location is actually perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without paying Old Town prices. Chmielna Street puts you right between the Palace of Culture (which you’ll either love or hate – no middle ground with that Soviet monster) and all the trendy bars sprouting up in the area. I could walk to Złote Tarasy mall in maybe three minutes when I needed to grab something, and the metro station at Świętokrzyska is close enough that getting around the city was never a hassle. What really impressed me though was how quiet the studio stayed despite being on such a busy street – I was worried about traffic noise, but the windows must be decent quality because I slept fine even with all the trams rumbling by during the day.
The studio itself feels like someone actually thought about how people live, not just where they sleep. The kitchenette isn’t just for show – I mean, it’s compact, sure, but I could actually cook a proper meal instead of surviving on kebabs and pierogi from the street vendors (though honestly, the pierogi place around the corner is pretty fantastic). The bathroom was surprisingly spacious for a studio setup, and I appreciated little touches like having enough outlets near the bed for charging phones without unplugging the lamp. The whole place felt clean and well-maintained, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places skimp on that. Check-in was straightforward too – no drama, no confusing instructions, just simple and efficient.
What really struck me was that 9.4 rating starting to make sense after a few days. It’s not trying to be fancy or Instagram-perfect, but everything just works the way it should. The heating was consistent (crucial during Warsaw winters, trust me), the wifi actually had decent speed for video calls, and when I had a small issue with the coffee maker, someone sorted it out within a few hours. That kind of responsiveness is gold when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a quick overnight. The value here is solid – you’re paying for location and functionality, not marble bathrooms or a concierge, and that trade-off makes perfect sense if you plan to spend your time exploring the city rather than lounging in your room. I’d definitely book it again, especially if I wanted to be central without the tourist markup of the more obvious hotel districts.
Warsaw hotels provide guests with comfortable accommodations in Poland’s capital, known for its remarkable post-war reconstruction and dynamic business environment.

I liked this small studio very much. The location couldn't be more perfect. It's in close proximity to the train station and a lot of restaurants, cafes and shopping places. The historic part of Warsaw is 30 minutes away on foot. The apartment was very nice and had everything you would need for a short or a longer stay and has a fully equipped kitchen. The bed is very comfortable for two people. The apartment was very clean . I had issues finding it when I arrived but a quick phone call solved it. The owners were very nice and willing to help with whatever issues I had. I highly recommend this place.

The property is super clean, host is responsiveness. It is worth noting that there was all bath facilities ( soap, cotton swabs and discs etc.) The location is good. There is a central railway station in 5 minutes walk. And the old Town in 25 minutes walk. Also good noise isolation. All towels and bed linen were clean. Well equipped kitchen
