Overview
You know what? I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Warsaw’s Old Town, and ClickTheFlat Ceremony really gets it right. The location on Sapieżyńska is honestly perfect – you’re literally a two-minute walk from Castle Square, but tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with the tourist crowds stumbling back from the bars at 2 AM. I mean, there’s still some street noise during the day (it’s the city center, after all), but nothing that kept me awake. The building itself has that classic Warsaw character – you know, the kind that survived everything and has stories to tell. When I first walked up, I wasn’t sure what to expect from an apartment-style place, but the check-in was surprisingly smooth. They actually met me right at the entrance, which saved me from wandering around with my luggage looking lost.
The apartment itself feels way more spacious than most hotel rooms you’ll find in Śródmieście, and honestly, that kitchen came in handy more than I thought it would. There’s a Żabka right around the corner (because there’s always a Żabka around the corner in Warsaw), plus you’re close enough to the morning market near the Vistula that I actually started picking up fresh bread and coffee there instead of paying hotel prices. The furnishing is modern but not sterile – sort of that Scandinavian-meets-Polish aesthetic that actually works. What really impressed me was the attention to details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. Good water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually block light, and – this might sound silly – but proper hangers in the closet instead of those weird hotel ones you can’t remove.
The whole area comes alive differently depending on when you’re there. During the week, it’s mostly locals cutting through to get to work, but weekends bring a nice mix of families and visitors exploring the reconstructed Old Town. You’re close enough to walk to everything that matters – Łazienki Park is maybe 15 minutes on foot, and the trendy Powiśle district is just across the bridge if you want to escape the tourist bubble for dinner. I actually ended up extending my stay an extra night because, well, it just felt comfortable in a way that hotels sometimes don’t. The 9.1 rating makes sense when you experience it – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works exactly as it should. Plus, having that extra space to spread out and actually unpack properly? Game changer, especially if you’re in Warsaw for more than just a quick weekend trip.

It was nice :)
Excellent location. Very spacious apartment. Excellent door locks. Check in was easy and simple.
What could be improved: Property was a little bit outdated (kitchen furniture was broken, bathroom needed new shower carpet, there was only 1 wine glass). There was wet laundry in the the washing machine.
Exceptional
Size.
What could be improved: Dim light, cleanliness, soundproofing, an open window in the bedroom in winter.

What could be improved: Quite a few lights not working

Everything was perfect.
Very Good
Nice apartment apartment with minor minuses, great calm location. Quite a big space.
What could be improved: The apartment needs an eye visit from the owners from time to time.
The fridge was ovefrozen, so that you can't even close it properly.
Drain water in the shower bath - clotted.
Not even a sign of the soap in the bathrooms, not asking about coffee or tea.
Some particles of the furniture are broken on the kitchen. Nest seat is broken.
The teapot has a full layer of scale.
The lightning in the apartment does not work everywhere.
Nice big and in the center.
The location is very convenient. It's a very nice and big apartment. Very quiet neighborhood but very central with good transports and shops open till late close by.
Exceptional
The location is amazing, in a quiet area, very close to the old town. The apartment is really spacious and well equipped.
What could be improved: Would be great to have a dining table in the dining area. The soft sheets with elastic, I would prefer traditional bed linen.
Wonderful
A large apartment with an excellent design, all the furniture is new or well -groomed. I especially liked a lot of diverse backlight) quietly and calmly, for those who do not like noise outside the window. City parking nearby.
What could be improved: For those who plan to eat at home, you need to keep in mind that there is no table for lunch and microwaves (
