Overview
Look, I’ll be honest with you – ClickTheFlat Royal Park Apart Rooms isn’t going to blow your mind with luxury, but it’s actually a pretty solid choice if you want to stay right in the heart of Warsaw without breaking the bank. The location on Fabryczna Street is honestly fantastic – you’re literally a five-minute walk from the Palace of Culture and Science (you know, that massive Stalin-era building everyone either loves or hates), and the central train station is close enough that you can hear the occasional rumble if you’re a light sleeper. I mean, it’s not loud enough to keep you awake, but you’ll notice it. The building itself has that classic Warsaw vibe – it’s been renovated but still has some of those old European touches that remind you you’re definitely not in a chain hotel.
What I really liked about this place is that the apart-rooms actually feel like, well, apartments rather than cramped hotel boxes. You get a proper kitchenette – not just a mini-fridge and a coffee maker, but an actual stove where you can cook something decent if you want to save money or you’re just tired of restaurant food. The supermarket Żabka is literally around the corner (Warsaw locals will know what I’m talking about), so grabbing groceries is super easy. The staff at check-in were pretty helpful too, though honestly, don’t expect them to speak perfect English – but they try, and that’s what matters. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare in this area – I mean, it’s central Warsaw, so that’s expected – but there are some paid spots nearby if you’re driving.
The rooms themselves are clean and functional, though you can tell this is a 3-star place. The Wi-Fi actually works well (which isn’t always a given in older Warsaw buildings), and the heating is solid – important if you’re visiting in winter because Warsaw gets properly cold. You’re within walking distance of the Old Town, which takes about 15-20 minutes on foot, or you can hop on the metro at Centrum station. What’s really nice is that you’re close to all the main sights but not right in the tourist chaos – Śródmieście district has this great mix of locals going about their business and visitors exploring. The area gets pretty lively in the evenings, especially on weekends, but it settles down by midnight usually. For the price point and that 7.6 rating, it makes sense – you’re getting decent value without any major surprises, good or bad. If you’re the type who wants to experience Warsaw like you’re actually living there for a few days rather than just passing through, this place hits that sweet spot.

Good place to stay
A nice, spacious, clean room in an appartment building. Great shower and a functional kitchen. Clean towels were provided. It was quiet, but I think part of this was just luck with the other guests staying next door. There is somebody cleaning regularly. It's secure with two entry codes and a key. Overall, I like the place. Good value for money. I would stay here again.
What could be improved: There was no WiFi and the bed was a bit squeaky. The door of the room has glass windows in it, which the light shines through if other guests switch it on in the hallway. Best to bring a mask and ear plugs for sleeping.
Perfect for short stay with washing machine!!
Very convenient and washing machine is brilliant. And lovely bakery a few minutes walk. My first choice for Warsaw.
What could be improved: I like everything.

Clean, warm and comfortable
What could be improved: Little bit far from center
Wonderful
The room is spacious, with a functional kitchen and the flat is closed to bus stations.
In general it’s a good place and very clean place to stay
cleanliness and proximity
What could be improved: There was no communication when the hot water went off almost a whole day…I couldn’t bath to go out
Very Good
The flat was in calm area, near the centrum.
What could be improved: Nowhere to hang the moisty towels.
Even if I know that shared bathroom means a large dose of consideration, the other renter did not know that, which created inconvenience for me and my girlfriend.
