Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “ClickTheFlat Wspólna Central Apart Rooms,” I thought it sounded like someone ran it through Google Translate a few times. But you know what? Don’t let that put you off, because this place is actually a solid choice if you want to be right in the thick of things in Warsaw’s Śródmieście district. The building sits on Wspólna street, which honestly feels like the perfect sweet spot – you’re close enough to walk to the Palace of Culture (I mean, you can’t really miss that Soviet-era tower from anywhere in the city center), but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually get some sleep at night. I stayed here last spring and was surprised by how quiet it was, considering you’re basically surrounded by cafes, offices, and that constant hum of city life that makes Warsaw feel so alive.

The rooms themselves are what I’d call “apartment-style lite” – they’ve got little kitchenettes that are actually useful if you grab groceries from the Żabka down the street, and the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night. The whole setup feels more like crashing at a friend’s place than staying in a typical hotel, which I actually preferred. There’s no fancy lobby or concierge in a suit, but the staff knows their stuff about the neighborhood – they pointed me toward this amazing pierogi place on Bracka street that I never would’ve found otherwise. One thing though: the elevator is one of those tiny European ones where you’re basically hugging your suitcase, so pack light or be prepared for some awkward maneuvering. Also, if you’re on the street-facing side, you’ll hear some traffic in the morning, but nothing that decent earplugs can’t handle.

What really sold me on this place was the location – and I don’t mean that in the generic “convenient location” way that every hotel claims. I’m talking about being able to walk to Nowy Świat in ten minutes for proper shopping and people-watching, or strolling over to the Vistula riverbank when the weather’s nice. The metro station at Centrum is close enough that you don’t need to plan your whole day around transportation, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re trying to see as much as possible. Plus, there’s something satisfying about staying on a street that locals actually use for their daily lives – you’ll see office workers grabbing coffee in the morning and families heading to the park in the evenings. It’s that authentic city rhythm that you miss when you’re stuck in some sterile hotel district. For a 3-star place with an 8 rating, it delivers exactly what it promises without any pretense, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  What could be improved: Corridor was very humid as the host put the laundry there every day – thus it smelled bad. It could possibly lead to mold in the future so host should probably insert some sort of ventilation to avoid this.

  Location is amazing. Common wash and toilets were absolutely clean and neat. The kitchen is very good with ample utensils if one wants to cook.
  
  What could be improved: Bed is little small. I was solo so could manage. For couple it will be difficult.
  Check in instructions were clear but still it is little complex and difficult to operate first couple of times.
  I think they have multiple flats in nearby area. I searched the location on google directly and went to some other place. May be they can mention exclusively about it, so that person goes exactly as per location given by their message.

  The apartment is very good with a comfortable room. The kitchen is small and the bathroom is small for 4 bedrooms, but fine. The price-quality ratio is very good, in a very good location meters from the central station and 20 minutes by metro from the historic center.
  
  What could be improved: The negative was the small bathroom for 4 rooms, but everything else was very good.
