Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Coser Apartamenty Metro ONZ on Jana Pawła II Avenue, you immediately get that “I’m in the thick of things” feeling that makes Warsaw so exciting. This four-star property sits right where the city’s energy pulses strongest — honestly, I’ve stayed in plenty of places that claim to be central, but this one actually delivers on that promise. The building itself has that sleek, modern Polish aesthetic that somehow manages to feel both sophisticated and welcoming at the same time.
Location That Actually Matters
You know what’s great about this spot? You’re literally steps from the ONZ metro station, which means the entire city becomes your playground without the hassle of figuring out complicated transport routes. I mean, when couples are rating the location 9.4 out of 10, that tells you something real about how this place connects you to Warsaw’s best bits. The Palace of Culture and Science is right there — you can see it from some windows — and the main shopping areas are close enough that you’ll find yourself popping out for coffee or a quick bite without even thinking about it.
The Apartment Experience
These aren’t your typical hotel rooms, and that’s exactly the point. Each apartment feels like someone’s stylish Warsaw flat that they’ve temporarily lent you — complete with a proper kitchen setup that actually works for more than just heating up leftovers. The spaces are thoughtfully designed with that clean, Scandinavian-influenced style that’s become Warsaw’s signature look. What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed to make everything feel spacious without being stark — there’s warmth in the details, from the lighting choices to the way they’ve arranged the furniture.
Practical Comforts
The room layouts make sense for how people actually travel these days — whether you’re here for business meetings in the financial district or exploring the Old Town with someone special. Having that kitchen means you can grab fresh ingredients from the nearby markets and actually cook something decent, which honestly saves both money and the inevitable “where should we eat again?” conversations. The Wi-Fi works properly (I know, basic requirement, but you’d be surprised), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase.
Why Guests Love It
There’s something about staying here that makes you feel less like a tourist and more like a temporary Warsaw resident — which, let’s be honest, is exactly what you want from a city this vibrant. The location score of 9.5 isn’t just numbers on a website; it reflects how easy this place makes everything else about your trip. You’ll find yourself walking to dinner instead of taking taxis, discovering little cafes because they’re right around the corner, and generally experiencing Warsaw the way locals do. That’s worth quite a bit when you’re trying to make the most of your time in one of Europe’s most dynamic capitals.

Perfect for weekend gateway :)
Great location for fantastic price
Clean and cheap place at the heart of Warsaw
Good value for money. Great location, next to underground station and close to main train station. The place was clean and tidy. Good communication with the owners. Nice view from the window.
Facilities were exceptional - soap in the bathroom, clean towels and beddings, even washing machine and iron in the room.
What could be improved: Mould in the bathroom
Squeaky bed
Would definitely rebook in the future.
Great location and all facilities catered for. Close to underground as well.
What could be improved: N/ A
The room is quiet convenient. The location is very perfect.
good location, quiet place
What could be improved: There is no a microwave oven.
A simply decorated but pleasant apartment in a great location for a family of 4.
Great location, near the Palace of Culture and lots of public transport. Self checkin was smooth and easy. The apartment was very good for 4 people, with one bedroom and two foldout couches for each of our 2 children.
What could be improved: The kitchen was somewhat sparsely equipped, with not enough cooking utensils and pots and pans, though passable enough for making breakfasts, which we did. The shower is in the old Polish style, with a tub and a shower head that you have to hold in one hand while washing yourself. Not a big problem, but a minor inconvenience.
Lovely flat and good location
Perfect location, nice and clean apartment.
The flat was well organised, spacious and very clean. Everything you need to enjoy a short city break.
The location could not be better - short distance to the old town, shopping centre, Central Train Station and Palace of Culture.
Overall was very good
The Price for Poland was a Bid High Euro 60, nevertheless was a great place for the Whole Apartment.
I would highly Recommend it to any one.
What could be improved: The Power Failure at 10:00

Great location! Cozy and comfortable
What could be improved: Only local tv programme
While the apartment provided a pleasant stay, the absence of a hairdryer and basic bath products was a noticeable inconv
The stay at the apartment offered a cozy and welcoming environment, providing the essentials for a comfortable getaway.
What could be improved: However, it would have been elevated by the inclusion of a few additional amenities, such as a hairdryer and some basic bath products, which were notably absent during my visit. These small touches would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience
