You know what? I was honestly a bit skeptical when I first saw the name “Cosy Apartment Białej Floty” – it sounds like one of those generic rental listings, right? But this place actually surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked away on Białej Floty street in Mokotów, which is this lovely residential area that feels properly Warsaw without all the tourist chaos. The apartment itself lives up to that “cosy” promise – I mean, it’s not huge, but everything’s been thought through really well. The kitchen actually has decent counter space (you’d be amazed how many Warsaw rentals skimp on this), and the living area has this warm, lived-in feeling that makes you want to curl up with a book rather than rush out sightseeing every minute.

The parking situation is honestly worth its weight in gold if you’re driving in Warsaw – and I say this as someone who’s circled blocks in Śródmieście for forty minutes looking for a spot. Having your own designated space here just eliminates so much stress, especially since Mokotów can get pretty busy during weekday rush hours. The neighborhood itself is brilliant for getting around – you’re close enough to the metro that getting into the center is easy, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with constant sirens and street noise at night. I actually loved walking to the little shops along Puławska street in the mornings; there’s this bakery about ten minutes away that does incredible pączki, and the whole area has this authentic Warsaw residential vibe that you just don’t get staying in the Old Town hotels.

What really impressed me was how the Noclegi Renters team handled everything – check-in was smooth (they actually showed up exactly when they said they would, which sadly isn’t always a given), and when I had a tiny issue with the wifi on my second day, they sorted it out within hours. The apartment stays quiet even though you’re in the city – the windows are proper double-glazed, so you get natural light without the street noise. I’ll be honest, the bathroom’s a bit on the smaller side, but it’s modern and the water pressure is excellent. The whole place just feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile rental, if that makes sense. There are little touches like decent hangers in the wardrobe and a coffee machine that actually works properly. For the price point and that 8.8 rating, I can see why people keep coming back – it’s one of those places that just gets the basics right without trying to be fancy about it.

  Мало шампуню, гелю для душу та туалетного паперу (2+2+2) на 5 днів на двох

  Гарна та чиста квартира в новобудові, місцерозташування. Наявність паркінгу!!!
  Почували себе в безпеці, що вхід до квартири був на території під ключ.
  
  What could be improved: Ми заїхали компанією на 4 людини, а було всього 2 виделки 😏
  Також, туалетний папір було всього 2 рулони, чого було не достатньо.
  Ми також майже не готували, то сміттєвих 2-х пакетів теж не вистачило.
  Твердий диван, спати було не дуже зручно на ньому.
  І стосовно персоналу: як не пройшла оплата з першого разу, то зразу надіслали посилання на оплату не через Букінг! Потім не відповідали, а просто пропали на добу! При тому, що пишуть, що на звʼязку 24/7. На наступний день провели списання коштів через Букінг. І потім писали в різний час. А як трапилася проблема з самого початку, то не відповідали. Це було не приємно мати таку підтримку, і переживати, чи буде до кінця зарезервовано помешкання під нас (виріс курс валют, і трохи не вистачило коштів на картці).

  Fajna lokalizacja, cisza spokój, ciepło przytulnie. Mieszkanie jeszcze nowiutkie, nie zniszczone prze lokatorów. Wszytko jest , mikrofalówka, narzędzia kuchenne, sól , cukier, czajnik.TV Smart , internet . Ręczniki papierowe, odkurzacz, deska prasowania, żelazka.
  Świetna lokalizacja, balkon . Podziemny parking- najlepszy atutem było.
  Świetna instrukcja o zameldowanie.
