The thing that struck me first wasn’t the lobby or the fancy entrance (there really isn’t one) – it was how quiet everything felt once you step inside. You know that rare feeling when you’re still technically in the city but somehow the urban chaos just… stops? That’s this place. The owners clearly know what they’re doing because every room feels like someone’s well-loved spare bedroom, not a sterile hotel box. The beds are genuinely comfortable – and I’m picky about mattresses – with these thick, soft comforters that actually keep you warm without making you sweat. There’s this lived-in quality to the furniture that’s comforting rather than worn out, if that makes sense. Plus, the Wi-Fi actually works everywhere, which honestly surprised me in a smaller place like this.

What really won me over was the attention to details that most places completely miss. The owners (I think they live on-site) seem to anticipate what you’ll need before you realize you need it. Extra phone chargers in the common areas, decent coffee available all day – not that watery hotel stuff – and they actually know the neighborhood well enough to give you real recommendations, not just the tourist traps. When I mentioned I was looking for a good breakfast spot, they pointed me toward this local café about three blocks away that I never would’ve found otherwise. The check-in process was refreshingly simple too – no lengthy forms or upselling attempts, just friendly conversation and helpful tips about getting around. I stayed during what seemed like a busy period, but the place never felt hectic or rushed. Even the other guests were relatively quiet, which makes me think they’re pretty selective about who they accept. The only minor thing I’d mention is that parking can be a bit tricky depending on which side of the building you’re on, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for any city location. This isn’t a place you choose for fancy amenities or Instagram-worthy lobbies – you choose it because it feels like staying with friends who happen to live in a great spot and know how to make you comfortable.

  This house is a wonderful place where you can escape from the bustle of the city and enjoy nature even just by opening the window.
  Special thanks for a comfortable stay – come in and live, just take food with you. There is absolutely everything you need for life: clean towels, clean bed linen, a coffee machine, a microwave oven, all the cutlery you might need, pots, pans.
  I also want to note that despite the fact that we arrived in mid-February, the house was very warm, we took more warm clothes with us and fortunately they were not needed in the house.
  Dear hosts of the house, thank you very much for your kindness and care, it was very warm and pleasant for us to be your guests, we hope that we will return to you soon!

  We had an amazing stay at this wonderful house! The property is beautiful, with a spacious terrace where we spent most of our time enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The hosts were incredibly kind and always ready to assist with any questions we had, making us feel very welcome. The area around the house is lush and green, perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. We will definitely be coming back!

  Domek czysty, ładny, dobrze wyposażony. W kuchni wszystko co potrzeba, kuchenka z piekarnikiem, mikrofalówka, toster, czajnik, ekspres. W łazience żele do mycia. Okolica spokojna, domek wśród drzew, bardzo przytulny.

  viskas labai labai gerai. Vakai sakė: "Pasakų namelis" 🙂 Tarp Varšuvos ir Modlino oro uosto. Vieta rami. Taksi iki varšuvos centro 10 eur 🙂 Pati nakvynė buvo tobula. Patalynė švari, lovos kokybiško čiužinio, Pasitikimo vaisiai ir arbata labai nustebino. O kaina labai labai adekvati. Kai tik skrisime iš Varšuvos, visada pasirinksime šią nakvynę. Ačiū, ačiū labai 🙂

  Gorąco polecam! Jest to miejsce gdzie naprawdę odpoczywasz. Drewniany dom w vintage stylu, w środku nowoczesny i dobrze wyposażony. Jest miejsce na grilla oraz wieczorny chill out. Właściciele tego miejsca są bardzo mili i gościnni. Nie pamiętam, gdzie ostatnio byłem tak dobrze przyjęty. Niedaleko są sklepy, boisko do gier i oczywiście piękna natura. Ocenią na 5+, i napewno wrócę, jak będę w Warszawie.
