Look, I’ll be honest with you – when I first saw the name “Cozy Apartment near Royal Baths Park by Noclegi Renters,” I thought it was going to be one of those generic Airbnb-style places that tries too hard. But actually spending a few nights on Gierymskiego Street completely changed my mind. The location is what really makes this place shine, and I mean that in the most practical way possible. You’re literally a five-minute walk from Łazienki Park (that’s the Royal Baths Park they’re talking about), which honestly became my morning ritual – grabbing coffee and wandering through those gorgeous gardens before the tour groups descended. The Mokotów district itself is this perfect sweet spot where you get that authentic Warsaw neighborhood feel without being stuck way out in the suburbs. There’s this little bakery just around the corner that locals actually go to (not tourist prices either), and the tram connections are surprisingly good – you can get to the Old Town in maybe twenty minutes without dealing with the chaos of staying right in the center.

The apartment itself lives up to that “cozy” promise, though I’d say it’s more like “thoughtfully compact” than actually spacious. Everything works properly, which sounds basic but you know how hit-or-miss that can be with rental properties. The kitchen has real dishes and decent cookware – I actually made dinner a couple times instead of eating out every night, which my wallet appreciated. One thing that surprised me was how quiet it gets at night, considering you’re still very much in the city. The building seems solid, and Gierymskiego isn’t one of those streets where people are honking horns at 2 AM. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that running around the city to meet someone with keys nonsense. I mean, the decor isn’t going to win any design awards, but it’s clean and comfortable, and honestly, when you’re spending most of your time exploring Warsaw anyway, you just need a good base camp. The shower has proper water pressure (again, sounds basic but you’d be surprised), and there’s enough space to actually unpack your suitcase instead of living out of it for your entire stay. For what you’re paying – and considering that 8.4 rating from other travelers – this place delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises.

  It is new and cozy, quiet place near the park
  
  What could be improved: Communication. They do not accept payment via booking, instead asking to pay via third party system. Payment is being processed quite long (up to few days) so that you don’t understand if this was a fraud or not.
  In the place there were no towels and no hot water.
  I asked for a towels several times and they brought it in 3 days, on our last day of stay.

  Чистота, комфорт, белоснежное постельное белье и полотенца.
  
  What could be improved: Не было в наличии соли, а сахар был всего в нескольких стиках – хотелось бы, чтобы такие комфортные мелочи были учтены.
  И совершенно не было мусорных пакетов! Мусор мы сами выносили регулярно, поэтому пришлось купить и мусорные пакеты.
  Не хватало лицевых полотенец и запасного рулона бумажных полотенец на кухню – ведь мы провели 8 дней и 9 ночей 😉

  Fajny układ mieszkania. Dobra lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy. Blisko sklepy i komunikacja miejska. Godzinka spacerkiem do Zamku Królewskiego.
  
  What could be improved: Czystość apartamentu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Mieszkanie nie było dokładnie posprzątane. Kurz, plamy na materacu w sypialni i niedokręcone klamki. Łazienka się nie zamykała.

  Czysta i wykrochmalona pościel, świetna lokalizacja. Cicho i spokojnie, blisko komunikacji miejskiej i sklepów takich jak Żabka czy Biedronka. Dobre miejsce jeśli chodzi o połączenia.
  
  What could be improved: Było brudno! Spleśniała kawa w ekspresie, filtr nie był czyszczony po poprzednich osobach przebywających w apartamencie. Stare gąbki do naczyń – siedlisko bakterii. Podłoga – czarna, przy dwójce małych dzieci czysta podłoga jest obowiązkowa (nie tylko przy dzieciach 😉 ). Brak fotelika do karmienia, łóżeczko dziecięce z zepsutym zamkiem – ryzyko wypadnięcia z łóżeczka, trzeba było przystawić do ściany i zabezpieczać poduszkami, żeby niemowlę nie uderzało głową o ścianę.
