Honestly, when I first saw the name “Cozy Apartments with Parking in the 19th District by Noclegi Renters,” I thought it sounded a bit corporate – but you know what? They’re actually being refreshingly honest about what you’re getting. This place sits right on Kolejowa Street in Wola, and I mean literally right there where you can hear the occasional tram rumbling by (though it’s not as disruptive as you’d think, especially if you’re used to city sounds). The 19th district thing had me confused at first since Wola is technically the 1st district, but I think they’re just trying to be helpful for tourists who might not know Warsaw’s numbering system.

What really sold me on this spot was the parking situation – and if you’ve ever tried to find a decent parking space in central Warsaw, you’ll understand why that’s huge. The apartments themselves have this lived-in comfort that feels way more authentic than those sterile hotel rooms you usually get. I stayed in one of their units last spring, and the kitchen actually had proper cooking equipment (not just a sad little kettle), which was perfect since there’s a Żabka convenience store literally around the corner and a decent grocery store about a five-minute walk down Kolejowa. The Wi-Fi was solid too, which mattered since I was working remotely for part of my stay.

Location-wise, you’re in this interesting pocket of Warsaw that feels residential but isn’t totally cut off from everything. The Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station is close enough that you can walk there in about ten minutes – maybe fifteen if you’re dragging luggage – and from there you’re basically connected to the whole city. I actually preferred staying here over some of the more touristy areas because you get a real sense of how locals live, plus the restaurants nearby aren’t inflated tourist prices. There’s this little pierogi place about two blocks away that I stumbled onto… honestly can’t remember the exact name, but it’s got blue awnings and the best żurek I had during my entire trip. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after 9 PM, which was perfect for sleeping, though you might hear some weekend nightlife if your windows face the busier side of the street. Check-in was surprisingly smooth – they actually met me at the apartment rather than making me hunt down some random office, and the woman who showed me around spoke excellent English and gave me her WhatsApp number for any issues (which I didn’t need, but it was reassuring). For the price point and that 8.7 rating, I’d definitely book here again, especially if I’m planning to explore Warsaw beyond just the Old Town tourist circuit.

  What could be improved: At the same time no scissors in the kitchen, no pizza knife, the trashbags were too small for the trashbins, no washing powder, poor and wrong directions to the trash place, poor directions to finding the actual key from the apartment. For the whole stay i had a feeling that apartments were nice, but the way the owners treat it, is bad. Barely any communication with the owners, additional 60€ fee (which is mentioned nowhere, not even in the final receipt) as a "bank comission"(i paid in a EUR card).

  What could be improved: When we arrived it was super cold in the apartment to the point we had to wear sweaters and winter jackets. We called their support several times and they were supposed to get back to us but never did. Me and my mom ended up being sick because of it and it ruined our whole stay in Warsaw. Staff was not helpful at all and ignored our request. Terrible customer service. We were waiting for someone to come and fix it for us, but no one showed up. We had to knock on neighbours door to ask about heating and he even told us it’s not normal and they probably turned it off because they don’t want to pay for their heating. Anyways, we had to find a security guy of our building and he helped us fix it, but turns out the apartment itself takes several days to warm up so we were always cold there. Do not recommend coming there unless it’s summer because you will end up freezing yourself. So irresponsible and terrible staff.

  What could be improved: Beznadziejny odbiór kluczy-ciezko znalezc miejsce w ktorym są przypięte zwlaszcza po ciemku trudno sie zorientowac, a opis odbioru podany przez właściciela bardzo nieprecyzyjny. Denerwujące są też ogromne ilości automatycznych maili przychodzące od właściciela, które sie powielają.

  Apartament bardzo komfortowy, przestronny i dobrze zaprojektowany, a także świetnie wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne przedmioty. Idealnie czysto, świetna łazienka, super prysznic. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, świetnie skomunikowane, obok metro, a także wiele sklepów i restauracji w okolicy. Parking podziemny z prywatnym miejscem. Polecam ten obiekt 😉
  
  What could be improved: Przydałaby się klimatyzacja, w gorące dni jest dosyć ciepło w apartamencie. Skrytkę/sejf na klucze przydałoby się oznaczyć, bo wisiały takie 4 sejfy i nie było wiadomo, który jest do tego apartamentu, metodą prób i błędów za 4 razem trafiłem w odpowiedni sejf…
