The parking situation alone makes this worth considering – and I’m not just talking about some sketchy spot three blocks away. There’s actual dedicated parking, which anyone who’s tried to navigate Warsaw’s parking nightmare will appreciate. The AC works like a dream too, which might not sound exciting until you’re here during one of those surprise July heat waves when half the city is melting.

What really got me though was stepping out onto that balcony in the morning with my coffee. It’s not overlooking some postcard view or anything dramatic like that, but there’s something genuinely nice about having your own little outdoor space in the middle of the city.
